Wallace Gardens

It seems that Wallace Gardens is a work in progress. There is a good amount of land to make the gardens something special.

These gardens add such a beautiful touch in the community and there are "dogs allowed" signs, which is exactly what I was looking for. They just have to be leashed and picked up after :

I live on 3rd and grandview and inquired about a garden plot and the woman was so rude and said I technically am one street off in the zoning of grandview so I can’t have a plot in the ‘community’ Garden. She said they make ‘no exceptions.’ Last year when I walked down there some of the plots were unattended and overgrown and I guess they’re fine with that as long as they’re in city limits. Unbelievable and so disappointing.

I have a friend who has a garden there. I used to Garden there years and years ago. It is just so beautiful with the zinnias, and the sunflowers and all the pollinators.

Needs parking spots, if there are any I could not find them.
