Wallace Hall Fine Arts Center is the performing and visual arts center for Gadsden State Community College in Gadsden, Alabama. The center houses the 1,215 seat Wallace Hall auditorium as well as the art, music and theatre departments of the College. With more than 140 events and 80,000 patrons visiting yearly, Wallace Hall Fine Arts Center makes a tremendous contribution to the cultural vitality of Gadsden State Community College and Northeast Alabama.
The Center opened in 1968 and has since hosted thousands of diverse events. The 1,215 seat theatre is the largest of its type in Northeast Alabama and is capable of staging a wide variety of events. The mission of Wallace Hall Fine Arts Center Center is to serve as a meeting place for the community to engage in educational opportunities and enhance understanding and enjoyment of life through the creation and presentation of performing and visual arts.
