When Sam Walton opened the doors to the first Walmart in 1962, his goal was to save people money so they can live better. Sam was a firm believer in listening to what his customers had to say. That tradition continues today. But now, it doesn’t have to end when you leave the store. Through Facebook, we’re able to talk to you, find out what’s on your mind and let you know what we’re up to. It’s just another way we’re working to give the millions of families who shop at Walmart more of what they love—ways to save money and live better.

Depending what you are looking for. In terms of beauty essentials, the area was small and most items weren’t available which was unfortunate as we were visiting from out of the country. This would be great for groceries and homes items. The staff was friendly, there is a subway inside
Was there 9/21/2022, the store was even more of a mess then usual. Racks everywhere, employees hanging out with two or three people. Some of them were actually acting like they were shopping instead of working. You see them on their cell phones. So many shelves were out of stock, shelves not properly labeled, some items on shelves were moldy, clearance aisle so disorganized. Items on shelves dirty, you go to an area and see items that don’t even belong in that area. And look at some of the choices of clothes. There were a couple of managers on the floor but they are of no help they are just as immature and lazy as some of the workers so they don’t enforce anything. Update visited 8/30/2023 just as bad, customer even yelled out does anyone work here, some of the male employees are creepy, store is still a mess, employees on cell phones, gossiping and nothing is on right shelf or priced correctly. They never should have gotten rid of the price checkers because it was convenient for the customers to use, good luck finding an employee and asking them for help. I try to avoid this location like a plague, just conveniently close by because of an appointment. Plus it was extremely busy with university and back to school shoppers, there was three registers open, they can have all those employees watching you checkout, put them on the registers, they are so worried about theft!
Great store very organized and great selection and a reasonable price
Left my photo prints in the cart inside entrance to store. Came back to get them within the hour. Waited in customer service line for about 20 min. Not there. Went to photo booth and I was standing apparently too close to the photo processing area maybe a few inches too close so the man literally gave me the "stand back" gesture then roped me off while he "looked". I was very friendly and nice to everyone I asked. He couldn't find them. I went to the door cart checker and he said a woman found them and returned them to electronics. I went back and he looked around a little bit more and didn't find them and blamed it on shift change. Not that he tried very hard. I gave up and left. I should have known better than to think anyone would help me out there. Mind you these were photos for my father's funeral, to add insult to injury. Happily will pay double at Walgreens if it means I don't have to step foot in that store again.
This store has been going downhill at a consistent rate. Initially the service was very good. Then the counter lines became awfully long and I cut down on my trips. Then the humans got replaced by machines - which is still ok, now the humans working in the store have become incomprehensibly incompetent. I needed some CR2032 batteries. I asked a store clerk and she took me to the normal battery displays in the check out aisles but that kind of battery wasn't there. She looked at me and was about to walk away when I asked her to check on her phone to see where these batteries are at. She made an unhappy face and reluctantly looked to say it's in C36! Turned out it was Z36! Okay - so where is it? I got a total blank look. And then she pointed me to the direction of aisle J. I doubt she understood any english! After going around the store for 10 mins I ran into one well informed attendant who said Z36 is the second check out counter near the the pharmacy and sure enough the batteries were there! Why do you hire people who can't speak english and who have no clue where the typical things are? And a great many staff in there are lazy and visibly unhappy/glum faced and if not they are hanging out together socializing and ignoring the customers who are often waiting for them! Clearly, serving the customer is no longer a priority? I should also note that I have stopped buying fried chicken from your store - by the looks of the chicken rotisserie area one would think that chickens have become extinct on the planet!
You need to train your cashier Michael on customer service! He saw I was purchasing a plant-based meat alternative and proceeded to tell me I was making the wrong choice and that vegan food is unhealthy. That is so rude to tell a customer! Especially since I have an education in nutrition and I’m compassionate towards animals. He kept complaining about it the entire transaction, despite me ignoring him. Shame on you! I work in customer service. You don’t see me complaining to customers who purchase animal flesh!
It’s a really amazing to visit Walmart other than the Texas state, possibly this was the first time in last 22 years that we visited any Walmart outside the Texas. In this region the style and the look for the store was totally different and we really enjoyed to visit this place and because of very nice rainy weather we enjoyed fully even just to see around.
The last two boxes of a large and heavy purchase I wanted to buy were damaged and opened. And the only employee I could find to ask if they had any not opened or damaged ones told me those were fine and walked off before I could ask for help to lift it or anything else. So I decided to give up on purchasing it there. They were also out of most of the groceries and eye care medicines I wanted to buy as well. I may not return to this store for a while.
Over all they have everything you need... however this time I was looking for a folding table...no outdoor things at all... All gone... wanted medium sized boxer briefs...none on the shelf... OH well
THOMAS SMITH that works in asset protection is a joke. He's so desperate to try and find a theif that he goes around falsely accusing people of not scanning items at self checkout. He tried telling me that I didn't scan multiple items even though everything was on my receipt. His own workers were confused. He is a racist and very rude.
