When Sam Walton opened the doors to the first Walmart in 1962, his goal was to save people money so they can live better. Sam was a firm believer in listening to what his customers had to say. That tradition continues today. But now, it doesn’t have to end when you leave the store. Through Facebook, we’re able to talk to you, find out what’s on your mind and let you know what we’re up to. It’s just another way we’re working to give the millions of families who shop at Walmart more of what they love—ways to save money and live better.

I usually get what I need for a good price and than some. But there is consistently a 30 min checkout time because they only allow 2 lanes to be open. Self check does not allow WIC or Alcohol purchase. So a lot of customers need to use the regular checkout.
Walmart carried everything we needed. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable of where things were. The automatic front entrance door locked down and temporary blocked our entry, but the greeter quickly opened the exit door for us to use.
Never enough checkers. Everything you need is locked up and takes forever for them to unlock the cases. Then some guy at the front demanding your reciept after you've had to check yourself out. The quality of service keeps going down hill and they expect the consumer to just accept it.
Seriously need a new manager for this store. 7 checkout lanes closed. No less than 9 people in line to checkout at the remaining open lanes. This SCREAMS new management needed. Heard a lot of negative things about this store but honestly the store is clean and well stocked. You must be prepared to wait 45 minutes or more to checkout. This is unacceptable.
Items are locked up and can't get anyone to unlock the cases even as a dozen employees walk by. Only one or two employees have keys for the whole store. Many customers go to Target and avoid the frustration. Always a good value IF you can get your item. Parking is bad enough but why post some spaces, "Police Parking" when they always pull to the curb for police business so the spaces are reserved and unused. And then additional spaces are reserved for, "Police Partners" and more go unused. There's already "Store Pickup" and, "Disabled."
Worst supercenter I've been to. If it's behind glass, you're not getting it because NO ONE is coming to grab product for you. This store doesn't answer phone calls either. When you finally give up trying to get your baby shampoo, the checkouts move at a glacial pace. But at least they had multiple open.
Good prices but... after ordering an item online I went to pick it up and had major issues. Call the number in parking lot as instructed and they hang up repeatedly. Finally got a guy to help me after begging them to give me the stuff I bought online half hour later. Not good management at all.
Very busy and parking can be problematic, especially in weekened and holidays. The other downside is checkout lines not enough to accommodate shoppers and when needing assistant, the wait is too extreme. I dont know whats like in other Walmart stores but in Antioch, Pittsburg and Martinez the check out lines are long and slow. If you need faster service shop at Target instead, but merchandise cost are higher.
Just okay. Better than the other Walmart in close proximity and the only Super Center. The Grocery section is intuitive and easy to manuver, Thank Goodness because good luck finding a Associate that will do more than point you in the general direction of an item you are trying locate. All the items locked in cases poses a constant problem. Waiting for someone to unlock can be absolute mayhem. They had to lock a lot of things up due to increased theft, understandable. Theft has decreased I'm told, no doubt in store sales has decreased as well. I will pay more for items at other stores that I used to purchase there due to the chaos and wait time. Livermore and Tracy are by far the best Walmart in the area, in my opinion.. and worth the drive for a better over all experience.. Is what it is..
It's a very large store, a LOT of walking to get around, fairly large supermarket, the supermarket prices aren't that good compared to WinCo or other supermarkets but it is convenient, parking is a premium, expect to drive around the massive parking lot for a few minutes before finding a parking space, FYI take note where you parked, everytime I've been there people forget where they parked.
