Every time that I have used their "Pickup" service, the associates are extremely friendly and professional but they are always out of some of the items I ordered! Have literally never had a time where all of the items I order are in the store. The store allowed me to order the item as if it was in the store but when I receive my items, multiple things are almost always not present do to the store being out of the products!
I placed two grocery orders for delivery, and neither arrived. My first order was placed two days ago and the second one day ago. Both said they would arrive the same day. When attempting to cancel the first order, I was told “cancellation” requested. The customer service chat rep said it’d be cancelled that same day… it is still not cancelled. I went to the location to just see if I could pickup my order instead. After 20 minutes of waiting, they said they converted my order to pickup and to go to the pickup area. They said my order was ready then and they were probably already calling my name… not the case. Instead, I’ve just been waiting in the pickup area with zero customer service or acknowledgement. When you call the pickup number, it goes straight to voicemail, and their voicemail is full.
Worst service ever. And everything is caged up. Went to get after shave and razors. They are all locked behind a class case with a button you press for assistance. Literally stood there for 10 minutes with no one around at all. Walked to check out and oh that's where all the employees are. Up front hanging out talking and standing around. All the while self checkout has an enormous line and every other cash register empty. Asked someone for assistance and still got nothing. What the he'll are you paying people to do?
I often use the pick up option, but it's too much of a hassle the staff is young and really don't care about her way they handle the merchandise they're placing in your car. I wouldn't recommend this location for pick up!
Pay online and pick up at store is complete garbage. Once you park at a pickup slot, the phone number you need to call automatically kicks you out after you call, and the voicemail box is full. Waste of customers time and money! I really needed that baby formula!
One of the worst Walmart store chains. I waited in line for 27mns. I was the the seventh person in line and there were six other people behind me. While in line I tried calling the office to ask them if they would open up another check out. Needless to say the phone rang for 9 minutes and 47 seconds. No one ever picked up. I saw a Walmart worker stocking endcapas up front. I asked if she’d get a manager to come over because evidently the cashier must have been new. Because it took him 20 minutes or more to check customers out. No manager showed up. So the young lady stopped what she was doing and opened up a register. Thank you Janiah for doing something that a manager should have taken care of. I know the company will probably respond to they have self checkout. I don’t use self checkouts because I don’t work at the store and will not receive an employee discount. Why use something that takes away jobs. Self checkout is an option not a requirement. Have more than cash register open during the day 10am - 8pm. You have cameras and you can see when there’s 13 people standing in one line. If you’re do something when you see someone steeling, do something when you see dissatisfied customers standing in line for long periods of time. Dissatisfied customer
I am very upset noone would help me with getting ink. The manager and a few other associates told me that theyre not open. So I am waiting and then to make it worse I asked the manager in the plaid shirt and they just looked at mez Soon a janitor had to page someone in the electronics department and just kept repeating himself until now 30 minutes later still noone here. They are not busy at all which is confusing why I cannot get any help. I have been waiting here since 6am got here as soon as they opened. I am calling walking around asking any associate to help me. Whole time the manager is in a circle not helping instead another associate finally helps me after asking a manager. So the associate finally went to get the keys after 45 minutes of waiting I asked someone in the food department which she was nit even a manager.
I tried to return this unopened item with receipt and I guess it’s out of the 30day policy11/20/22 even if so I have the documentation of the purchase and it’s UNOPENED.. I would like to get my CASH BACK.. I asked if I can get a store credit since it’s out of “policy” date and I was told NO.. This is insane and this issue needs to be fixed or I will use word of mouth to Deter future customer NOT TO chose this Walmart & or ANY OTHER Walmarts that doesn’t take back unopened items with receipts .. So much for satisfying the customer.. I need someone from the company to reach out ASAP .. I hate to be that Guy but IM THAT GUY! Word of mouth does go alway way..
I will never shop at this Walmart again. This is the second experience I’ve had of being treated like trash for being white. I grew up on the west side of Charlotte and come to this specific Walmart every weekend with my mother to shop for three households. Reverse racism is a very real thing and for my mother and I to have experienced that today at a place where we spend hundreds or dollars every trip. Shame on you. I never knew I would could feel so uncomfortable in my home town just for having white skin.
