It's a Wal-Mart; pretty basic quality and customer experience. It's kind of inconvenient, the fact that Cuba Walmart closes at 11pm, yet their service desk closes an hour before that. In My experience as a closing cashier/ store manager during hours leading up to close, at a shopping center or grocery store, the Customer Service Desk is the last to sign off and count down. Customer Service is supposed to handle affairs other than just the basic; items scanned and total payment transaction such as check cashing, lotto and or booze, refunds, electric bill mailing, job applications and such. Still about Customer Service...
If you're out of state, do not come here. Not really friendly at all for people who are different color especially
It’s a smaller Walmart so cool and not a super center so not a grocery store at all and barely has more than a quick trip to be honest as far as food wise but the people are very nice and it will work in a pinch
Employees are very nice and friendly. I just come from a large town with "super" walmarts and this literally has only the basics. It does usually meet our needs for the most part while we are here visiting.
It's the smallest Walmart I've ever been in. Smaller than there. Neighborhood Market. The employees are helpful and polite. Buy the amount of product is bare minimum
It's small put friendly nest and has just enough to be sustainable it's kind of neat really like it
Omg this Walmart is so cute and tiny. It looks miniaturized. They were nice enough and the store was organized
I bought food online and they didn't charge my card for a week. It left me in a negative balance because I had bills to paid. My online banking showed the deduction from Walmart, yet they didn't take their pay for a week. Now here I wait for money to be put back on my card from a return. The customer service lady said it can take up to 10 business days. She blames my bank. However I have return other items from other stores and got my refund right away! So this is a Walmart issue. Your employees at the Cuba, MO Walmart store always walk over to my husband asking if he's going to pay for his items. He says yes as soon as I finish scanning to these other items. The pick him out because he is bald with tattoos. Their rude to him. One last thing is Walmart needs to get real cashiers. Instead of allowing robots to do jobs real Americans can do. I wish I never had to shop at Walmart!
Fantastic Customer service And support, very accommodating to special needs and assistance for the disabled and elderly
It may be the smallest walmart I've ever seen but , it has everything we needed and was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful
