A simple trip that was supposed to be 10 mins tops took damn near 40 mins. There are more employees shopping for people getting groceries online then there is to help the actual people in the store. I needed spray paint which they had on lock and key no employee in the paint section. I had to go to the electronics next-door to have someone radio in that a customer me needed service in the paint section just for no one to come. I had to ask one of the employees passing by me who was shopping for an online customer . She did not know how to radio it, and she had to get another employee to help her and that woman didn’t even acknowledge me , she went straight to the computer said there was a button to press on the desk for customer assistance, and she showed the other lady employee how to work the system to call in if a customer needs assistance, and neither of them acknowledge my existence after that. I never got someone to help me.
Nice clean store. Well stocked. Okay to park overnight.
Dickson city Walmart is a nice store for regular shopping activities. Recently they have renovated the store and the new look is absolutely gorgeous. I get all the items what I usually need here. The quality of the goods are not always same but I think that is true for any Walmart items. Customer service, pharmacy and the vision section are good. They have introduced more self checkout counters and I like it as it saves time. The garden section has nice collection of indoor and outdoor plants. Overall my experience shopping here is good

I haven't been to this Walmart since I moved away over 5 years ago, but the remodeling and addition of more self-checkouts was impressive. But it's still a disaster driving up the hill to get to the store; must be a work in progress because there's no lines at all.
Usually busy. Self checkouts always have a line. But I can usually find whatever I need here. And the app has a barcode checker on it to help you find out the prices of things not labeled.
I ordered formula to be delivered today for my one month old granddaughter. I ordered this at 7:00am in the morning. I received an alert saying it was on it way and will be delivered around 2:55pm. I used the Walmart tracker and tacked the delivery until it was 5 minutes away. At that time I received another alert saying there was an attempt to deliver the order but wasn’t delivered. I then called the Walmart store in Dickson city. I was told the driver didn’t arrive yet back at the store but when the drive does arrive it would be sent right to with another driver. It 7:40pm and I still have no formula and a starving infant. I would go to a different store and get her formula but I just spent everything I have on this formula. Plus reason for getting it delivered I was in a car accident and can’t get out of my house. After still waiting for the formula I called the store again and tried to get the online ordering service. I let the phone ring, and ring figuring someone would answer. No one picked up the phone and then the phone get stopped ringing. I then called the store to talk to a manager. I was told to leave my Name and number and the manager would call me back when they got a chance. Still no call. Meanwhile a now month old baby is hungry still. And I can’t do nothing about. I’m so upset with this store’s service and management.
I should have known better once again disappointed by Walmart, stood in line for five minutes with a cart full of food to have the one and only cashier tell us sorry she was closed. No other registers with a cashier open in the store. If I could give less stars I would.
Went to automotive was waiting for sometime and the man was having an issue with a return. Had another issue she came back couldn't help, so he went to look for the other guy in shop the guy came out out and she said to him about issue and he said I'm on lunch zero help damn sad
I am very disappointed with my latest Walmart shopping, I was coming in to buy a 60 inch smart TV, I already knew what Tv I wanted, I saw it available in the store online so I get to the electronics area, a woman named Tina, older lady blondish hair, was standing there didn’t ask me if I needed help, so I asked her where the TV I wanted was, she pointed her hand and said over there, they’re over there, I looked at her like first off, could you maybe help me - show me where it is-second off how am I supposed to pick up A 60 inch TV and walk it to the counter, so I had to ask her, can you get somebody to help me, she grabbed the push thing that holds the TV, and you push it she looked unhappy so she gets the TV to the counter, and I asked her if she could also help me with finding TV mounts, again like the Tv I knew what mount I wanted I saw online it was available at the store like the TV I knew, which one I wanted so I said ma’am, can you please help me, I can’t find it, she said, well, I guess they’re not here and walked away so I almost left thinking it wasn’t there, than we get to the counter and she almost charged me more than what it was I knew online the prices of my items so I told her nicely I think you overcharged me she said no that's the online price another employee standing there looked it up and I was right about the price. Next I asked-Tina, can you please get me help to get this to my vehicle, she called a cashier named Ryan, Ryan was an angel, he was so sweet and helpful he even helped me find the TV mount, which was there like I told Tina, he took the time to go out of his way to help me if it wasn't for Ryan, I was close to walking out and going somewhere else to purchase my Tv and Tv mount.
