This is a CLEAR experience of how employees get paid just to show up to the job. TODAY IS 8/25/2023 Instead of doing the job they were hired and paid to do. This product is in the fresh fruit and vegetables section. You can see other price tags below showing it's Walmart.
So I have had many problems with this store over the years but I went today hoping they were going to do better as far as customer service. Well I was disappointed once again. The lady at the customer service desk didn't know how to load my card and refused to call up a manager to help her and show her how to do it. Yet again another disappointing interaction Go to Marion Walmart if you are able because this Dillon Walmart is still in the gutter.
Groceries not delivered. Out of 6 items only one four pk of string beans delivered. App states all delivered. Picture of the string beans only. Called service desk and young lady had to walk down and give message bc no one answered. Still no return call one hour later. Groceries ordered earlier today.
A few weeks ago I was in this Walmart with my soon to be Mother-in-Law who is in the early to mid stages of dementia. Karen, the AWESOME & AMAZING employee who is at the door a door greeter, checks receipts was a God send! My MIL and I got separated and Karen stood right there with her the whole time!!!! She kept my MIL calm and happy! Karen deserves a raise, a GOLD MEDAL, heck….EVEN MORE!!! She’s a STAR EMPLOYEE!!! Thank you so much Karen!!!!
FULL OF SH*T Found bike on sale, verified with multiple store clerks and 2 managers that was the EXACT same bike.glitch in there system We’ll get the run around on why they won’t honor price. Bunch of baloney. Shop else where!
Nice store clean and well set up staff was very professional and polite but like all Walmart cashier were limited.which is taking me too shop else where.have no confidence in Walmart self checkout,and don't feel l should be doing there job for them ,they should pay me for using self checkout.
Grocery pickup has been very disappointing lately. Better off going to Lumberton or Marion. Produce and meat picked out are of the poorest quality. Waiting 30min+ to pickup and cannot decline substitutions at time of pickup. I tried to return broken eggs and smashed produce on the app and was told to return them to the store.
Called the auto department to ask if this Walmart carried a certain brand of tire. The gentleman who answered the phone had a response of just “uh. We’re kind of busy right now”. We took our business elsewhere.
For the most part I always enjoy shopping at Walmart, love their garden center, bring that I love flowers
If I wanted to ring my own stuff up I'd ask for a job , I mean really. Hardly no lines open and if it is they're so long that you end up ringing your own items up
