APP: 12AM / Check-in: 11PM / Out: 2:30AM Typical WM warehouse. Don’t be earlier more than 1h, check in at gate, backup, disconnect, take your bills at receiving, wait for unloading. Friendly crew and enough room for maneuvers. Fast unloading.
Very nice from guardhouse to check in staff, easy to maneuver to docks, usual walmart protocol, drop trailer and check in then wait for a call to get paperwork. Was different as your given a range of doors to go to instead a specific one. But I had choice of docks as no one else was in the 92-102 range before me. Slowly got other trucks in the area after I checked in.
Fast and professional. I arrived at 5am. My appointment was at 7am. Which I was informed I wouldn’t be unloaded until my appointment time which is fair. They did assigned me a door at the time of arrival and I was done by 7:30am . Keep up the good work.
Very poor service. Too slow with everything. It's Sunday i excepted to be home after couple hours, but this is ridiculous. Check in at 1:30pm. 6:30pm right now and still nothing. They got me green light on trailer but papers not. Shame
Takes forever to get checked in at the guard shack. I come 1 hr early each time, and it takes 30/40 mins to get to the guard shack. I've been marked late 2 times so far even though I give myself a decent arrival time.

Only one person in the shack doing checking on both lanes walmart/swift and OTR's used to be 2 for checkin and 2 persons for out bound. Allmost missed my 0630 appoitment. Arrived at the line at 0520, at the guard shack at 0625 at the window after parked and desconected at 0645...lack of personnel? If you comming over an hour b4 Ur appoitment they sent you back out.
The african American older lady who is the only one in the receiving office this morning om 08/31/23. Was very rude for no reason when I was standing waiting patiently where the sign says to check out. There was no reason for rude language with her co worker Caucasian gentleman with red hair and beard.

A couple of weeks ago, I had problems with my appointment. Byron was able to help me out. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the situation. He's definitely the best I've encountered at any Walmart.
