This Walmart had some super nice art work right in the front by the carts. It was was just beautiful. Overall the team at this Walmart that does the displays are on point. This Walmart clothing section gave me the feel if a clothing store/mall feel. The bed display was nice & the baked good section was fresh & fully loaded. I only came here for a few things & my boyfriend bought two folding chairs that I have in the pics. I had fun looking around & getting pics for my review. Great job the team for keeping this Walmart looking good & those displays are definitely winning! I appreciate when I see a good clean store & with the proper management team the whole team will be winner's!
Amazing Walmart! And get everything here from food to clothes,.. management must be good as I've never had an issue with any employee or check out. I also attend the Claire's that is inside the store, which is fabulous. In addition, I get my eyebrows and face waxed here every two weeks and my beautiful eyelashes put on from the salon inside the prices. There are great just as they are the best for Walmart standard products. My mom is also handicapped and she is easily able to find a charged up automatic share. If there are any issues, the staff is always happy to help.
Always disorganized, looking run-down, and while I occasionally encounter a helpful or nice person, the majority of people working there behave unprofessionally and even rudely. Most of my pickups have been just awful and neither me nor any of my family have had good experiences here lately. I worked in retail for a long time, so I usually give a lot of grace and leeway, understanding how difficult and unpleasant it can be, but this is beyond that.
I just left your store. Had to make a return at the service desk. The young girls working there were very loud and obnoxious. I went all the way back to the women’s department and I could still hear them joking and laughing at the front and one even dropped a cuss word. I have lived in Fishers for 25 years and your store has really gone downhill. Truly disappointing. I will be taking my business to Meijer.
Walmart is a rock when it comes to Dean items they seem to always have everything you want. Walmart also has a terrific selection online. A drive up in the parking lot to pick up orders ordered online. Food prices are probably the best in town to my finding. I give Walmart a big congratulations for all the years in business and all of my personal business they have helped me with.
I as a customer, I’m truly disappointed to see what the store has turn into. I have a pet and the area of toys, leashes, and pet shampoo looks disgusting. There is bathrooms products, personal shampoo for adults just a bunch on things stacked up in the wrong place. A ton of isles are empty, as you can see in the pics. Most of the employees are just walking around. You ask for help and nobody knows where things are or just ignore you. I honestly hope that someone would do something. Our store looks horrible and I know for a fact I’m not the only one who feels this way. Also, did the store hours changed again. The doors are being shut at 8pm or way before that. Someone do something please.
Update after 2 years. There isn't as much on the shelves as they used to be. Seems like Walmart isn't employing enough people and the customer has to manage billing on their own. There ought to be a discount on self checkout for all the money they're saving. Self checkout is awful when you're in a queue with two items and people ahead of you have a truckload. A supercenter, rightly so. 5 stars for the auto center! The store's got nearly everything you're looking for. Christmas, Thanksgiving, school supplies, et Al. The self checkout lanes are overcrowded most times so you can checkout faster through the conventional lanes!
Although online shopping is very convenient, but twice items were missing from my order and when I called them to let them know no one answers the phone. The bags are no closed or sealed so I don't know if someone took them, or if they didn't put them in the my order. Either way I was charged for items I didn't receive, and can't get ahold of anyone to tell them. I should have ordered on Amazon, never had this issue.
This review and the 5 stars is for Hattie the front End Manager. I can't speak for the rest of the store, but when my ordered pickelball package got lost, Hattie found it. She is a diamond. These 5 stars are for her. Way to go girl! Keep it up! Thank you!!
They are one of the better Walmart stores around this area and I have used this Walmart because the Neighborhood Walmart on Ambleside is always out of a product that is popular and seems to be a product they would keep around since its a big selling item. It seems like it’s never available in the store and always needs delivered. They sell everything here clothes, food, shoes, makeup, furniture/home decor, automotive, and sporting goods. If u need more than groceries and fall into one of those categories this is a place that’s affordable and typically a one stop shop.
