DO NOT COME TO THIS WALMART!!!! I had to get a money order and Mary was at the cashier with the line all the way out to the bathrooms While this lady comes to talk and not even help get the line down!!!! She was also on her phone video calling with someone the entire time while waiting 45 mins to get my order! Then my cashier was Lynette and she had her head phones in the entire time wouldn't even answer when I asked her if I could pay half with cash this place is ridiculous!!!! The greeter at the front was also just standing there on his phone I recommend walmart I rosewood this walmart is horrible I WILL NEVER RETURN!!!
This store is just OK. I can get what I need however, never any checkouts open besides self checkout and the 1 checkout that sells cigarettes. It's annoying too how they check receipts all the time, self checkouts have cameras anyways. I also don't feel safe going here at night time either.
I never give bad reviews but this experience was that bad. I gave 2 stars only bc I understand the ways of the world right now where nobody seems to want to put in the work. My experience was actually a 1 star. Walmart would be better off firing the personnel in electronics and have no one there than to continue employing all that was clocked in on the day of 7-3-23. This Walmart needs a reset.
Picked up a grocery item last week, this week NOTHING. No placeholder, no stock, not even on the website. Had to go to Harris Teeter to get it. Wendy's Chili was the item. Picked up a few other items while I was there, cashier was exceptionally nice.
The store itself was clean and employees nice. I also found what I was looking for quickly but the area it's in had me nervous. People begging on every corner and I know they have become aggressive before.
Why in the world would you let employees park anywhere near the entrance to your company... do they not about customers... 6a and I thought this place was open because of all the vehicles near the entrance... such a shame! Then parking lot is filthy with Carts everywhere
I don't do much shopping at this Walmart. Shelf prices are not the same as prices on product. Yes I do not buy much groceries from Walmart. It might have been months since I've been down the bread aisle. I remember seeing a Burger King cup up high on a shelf and a cinnamon swirl plastic container looks like someone ate out of it. Still there! nobody has cleaned it up. Also in electronics the racks are not stock like the other local Walmarts. I understand it is hard to keep good employees. Older workers are actually working. It is more the younger crowd not doing much. At all rude attitudes not good ,not all of them. Also can someone explain why the electronic section is still not stocked it's been two and a half weeks.
Wonderful store! The staff continues to surprise me. I had given up hope but I’m seeing a lot of good changes throughout the store in a good way! Keep it up Spence ave. Don’t let the haters keep you from the progress
The store was very clean and the lines were not long. We did not see a lot of staff in the aisles. When we asked for help in the toy section the guy did not attempt to help and just said I don't work this area while continuing to walk. After leaving the aisle we see him talking away to a coworker who was actually trying to straighten up her section. They have huge cases of water for $5.34. They were out of one touch ultra test strips like a lot of places and we could not find taboo even though it was supposed to be in stock per online. We know that is not always accurate.
the store is a hot mess, shrinkage is definitely a problem at this location. and the employees are nasty and know just as much as a rock, the place is desperate lol
