Wow, just wow. I forgot my wallet in my car. Before I scanned anything, I realized I had left my wallet in the car. I asked the non cashier since we do the checkout to see if I could move the cart to a spot and grab my wallet. You would have thought I had committed a crime. She told me why you would forget your wallet. That's just dumb. Mumbled some other stuff as a person who hates her non job and life would. So I said yes, it is like having more workers than food in a grocery store. Which is always the case here. I vowed never to come here as it was a year since I made that choice because of the store ALWAYS in poor conditionand mostly not all bad staffing. I made the mistake of coming back. Won't do that again. I'm sure this will not affect them at all, but for me, a better life awaits.
As far as Walmart's go, this one is definitely busy, low-staffed, and the pinnacle of local demand. Despite the normal lack of manpower and experience, this Walmart provides a better customer service then the "Rimrock" branch, Grand Junction, CO. However, I will say I am not a man who shops at Walmart if I can shop elsewhere.
I shopped the grocery side of Walmart super center today. Was actually stocked with everything I was looking for. Was clean and organized. Normally I don't shop at North Avenue because of all the homeless hanging around which makes the store look crappie when there sitting every where. How ever this trip I didn't see many and it was a decent trip.
I went around the corner back around the block I've watched and consistently over and over again the rimrock Walmart is not at all a positive experience and I am not sure what to say except that it runs a distant third when you compare it to north ave Walmart and or the grocery smaller neighborhood walmart headed towards Clifton ...if I had the way to buy pass the necessary fact of not having wheels I'd say go a few miles and forget rimrock!
We went for a quick trip for tarps for our gazebo. We looked and looked but couldn't find them. I finally located them using the app on my phone. They moved them.
Hire more staff & stop overwhelming the employees you do have & your Customer's! Self ck- out some people like it some don't, either way Customer's should not have to scan & bag their own Groceries, definitely saving Grocery chains a ton of money ! BTW turn on the air it's summer...
Was just there with my very irritated kid, self check out by grocery had 2 attendants, my kids toy wouldn't ring up after telling the price over and over sitting there getting hit, screamed at over the toy the lady finally says I just can't find it in the system. Doesn't offer to have the other go look at the price doesn't do anything to try to accommodate me at all or help in anyway. I shop her daily almost and have never had such awful customer service in my life. Will definitely be steering clear of anywhere those 2 ladies are working.
I swear this place always has items priced wrong and then I go to buy it they make me walk all the way back to take a photo of the price and to show that there is an entire row of the same item in the same spot only to tell me I have to pay a different price the glenwood and rifle walmart at least will give me the price it was marked at
I met Martha here and she is now my wedded wife. We got married in the dressing room and then bought the most amazing 5 dollar wedding cake and some 2.99 blue jeans. I love it here. I'm telling my kids to only date here.
the people who are doing the shopping for everybody else with your blue cards try to run you over the one lady said she wasn't going to show the old lady where the light bulbs were because she was too busy making her quota and she was already stop hiring tweakers get real people in there that want to help please help with this needs help care about your people shopping
