Walmart Grocery Pickup and Delivery

Kept getting a notification to check in when I got there after I had already done it. But it was speedy and the person packing the car was a really nice person.

It's great when the shoppers use their common sense as far as substitutions go. Don't substitute top sirloin for ground beef, for example.

Orders should be ready on time. I shouldn't have to wait 2 or 3 hours

My experience with pick up was horrible! I waited for over 1.5 hours for my order to be ready. It was supposed to be ready between 4-5pm. I got there at 4:30 and waited until 6:07pm. I understand being shorthanded but that is ridiculous! I would have left if I didn't need those items. They should have compensated me for that wasted time. I will never use Walmart pick up again. And to top it off, I was missing an item - ugh!!

Order was marked as ready for pick up. Parked, and checked in. Waited over two hours for my order to be brought out. 4 cars pulled up after me and were in and out in less than 10 minutes. Would not recommend unless you like waisting your time.

I place an order for pick up due to having surgery and being unable to drive. I tried to make it convenient for husband. Welp he waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for the groceries to be brought out. He sat watching cars come and go and was still not waited on. No answer at the number provided on the parking spit sign. After 45 minutes he asked one of the workers where his order was and was told they would be out as soon as possible they were working down the list. This is totally I acceptable. I will take my pick up business else where, thos is not the first time for a long wait at this walmart.

Went to pick up prescriptions at the drive thru and am told they are closed for lunch...wth?! ‍

Great options for busy moms like me, but not always accurate.

Was ready when it said it would be and order was accurate!

Mostly a great experience. Have had issues with some things missing but no problem getting a refund. The employees who load the groceries are always very polite & courteous.
