I visit so many Walmart and this is one of dirtiest Walmart I visited. They really need to clean up and shelves all in a disarray, shoe section trash everywhere. Spoiled lunchmeat
I mean, Walmart is what it is. The prices are unbeatable, but for all that, they fall short in every other category. The staff are generally rude and not helpful. Some of the employees are great, but it's few and far between. Their customer service is a 3 out of 10, at best. The store is normally low on stock, dirty, and not well maintained. But you will be hard pressed to find lower prices at other stores. That being said, I personally will pay the extra for a better customer experience and better selections.
I made a quick stop for flowering plants. I was pleasantly surprised at the variety and health of the plants - I had expected them to be wilted and dry this late in the season. But they looked well cared for and shielded from the weather. Reasonably priced. Was not looking for vegetable plants so I can't comment on that. But I got a nice selection of flowers for cemetery planting.
The return department is very helpful. The lines are very long. There needs to be a number system and seats for the disabled and elderly as the wait can exceed over 15 minutes. I was there for an hour to return a car battery that was the wrong size. I needed a strong stock person to move it from the car. That took a half hour. Then they had to test it. That took 15 minutes, I waited in line, 20 minutes total because they had one line open. The staff is over worked.
Still bad, they need a quick management ASAP! this E.E just stand making jokes, screaming, no help!, also you have to check items price because they don’t match when you pay is over!, if you try ti match price from app don’t even they cuz they won’t let you , at night is just a nightmare everything block , they don’t move, and all food in the floor. TO FINISH IF U WALK AWAY AFTER PAYING THEY PUT THE 5 STARS IN THE MACHINE LIKE THEY DID THE BEST FOR YOU!!!
Very elegant and clean Walmart nice bathrooms, there was a couple things at this Walmart location that were different from others the grab and go section was nice and also the displays were more well-maintained. The cash out or check out machines were definitely updated and the staff was very nice and have very helpful with any questions that we had. We did also hand up getting gas which was at 4.79 a gallon but you have to either have a Sam’s Club membership or a Sam’s Club credit card. If we are by the area we will definitely come back to that Walmart and grab some snacks for either the beach or when we’re walking down to a parks
Went school supplies shopping with my daughter. Very decent prices and nice selection of clothes. Some things were expensive but I expected that for this time of year with school openings.
This location continues to decline. Selection is limited, stock is low or out, and the merchandise looks like a tornado went through regardless of when you shop. Sadly, you're better off to shop the Racine Walmart even if you do live in Kenosha. Update: needed an automotive battery. None in stock at this store. Eleven in stock at Racine store.
Worst store . Jon thermal who claims he is store manager which he is not needs to be fired . Wow Walmart been in business for long time if you can't tell people who name cut out for retail . Well I can only lay the blame on Walmart now not the idiots working there .
Never been a big fan of Walmart but this place has some things that I need when nobody else does. One of their employees was nice enough to take the DVDs out of the security cases while I was dealing with the idiotic self-checkout line. Not too bad a place to shop when you go there early before the crowds show up
