This Walmart is freaking gigantic!! It has to be one of the biggest Walmarts in the United States im betting! It’s so big that each little department which in this store especially no department was little has its own displays for whatever it is that they have on sell or like a store merchandiser has brought in cool displays for even unique specific brands! This was absolutely actually sooo gorgeous this bed suit! So I had to take a picture it was so pretty for one and for two the fact that this specific Walmart was so big it allowed for this whole entire display!! This Walmart has everything and when I say everything they have like 3-10 different kinds too of everything! Lol this store if your a Walmart super fan is a must stop and shop for sure it’s in Luling Louisiana by the way too so if your ever in this area it’s a must y’all stop by and check it out! Oh and yes it’s super busy but they have so many self check out registers there’s actually barely ever a wait line too as well so your in and out if need be! Thanks
Absolutely hate all the self checkout spots when you need an actual person. It's hard to find a real body when you need one at times, BUT this visit was different! I needed help twice and the staff that pointed me in the right direction was friendly and helpful!!
Stressful shopping experience. The staff seemed interested in offering assistance, so it took us longer to find the items we needed, and we left several items that we could not price check. On the way out we walked past several staff towards the exit, only to discover that exit was closed.
Gotta say. Pretty dirty today. Oh, I'm not rounding up my purchase so Walmart can use it as a tax deduction. I don't see my paycheck getting rounded up anytime. I will say this, Mr.John in the hot meals area is awesome. Hope they treat him well.
THE PICKING UP AND DELIVERY FOR THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE I ADVISE NO ONE TO DO A ORDER HERE I WAITED 2 HOURS OUTSIDE FIR MY ORDER THEN LEFT WITHOUT MY ORDER 20 MINUTES LATER THEY SENT A NOTIFICATION SAYING IT WAS PICKED UP I CALLED AND A LADY REPRESENTATIVE ANSWERED WITH THE NASTIEST ATTITUDE DIDNT HEAR WHAT EXACTLY I CALLED HER RESPON WAS I’LL LET THEM KNOW THEN HUNG UP IN MY FACE I WAS TOO EXHAUSTED TO GO BACK SO I WENT BACK THE NEXT THANK GOD THE MANAGER CECE WAS THERE HER ATTITUDE WAS VERY POSITIVE AND SHE SOLVED IT QUICK AND ALSO THANKS TO THE MANAGER D’ELLA FOR ALSO BEING NICE WHEN BRINGING THE GROCERIES OUT BUT I STAY 5 MINUTES AWAY AND WOULD NEVER SHOP AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!
The floors need to be redone. A lot of empty shelf spots. The store employees have not walked through the store and straightened it up. Seen a lot of refrigerated food all over the shelves. Displays falling down. Garbage on the floor. So much garbage outside the entry doors/parking lot!!!
I have to give a huge shoutout to these 3 Walmart employees Shawn - automotive, Tina- automotive and Tomeaka in Pharmacy. All these 3 people have excellent service today . Today , I came all the way from Slidell just to go to this Walmart to purchase 2 brand new tires because I was desperately needing them . Shawn was the first point of contact and he helped me . He got me all taken care of. Tomeaka in the pharmacy her beautiful smile got me to her line she was so bubbly. We talked for a little bit she couldn’t find my name but she got in the system the right way. Now I’m set to go when I return .Her personality set the tone . And the last was Tina , her position as automotive data clerk is the best . She was wry very helpful at the end with me. Everyone that I interacted with was had awesome customer service with a great smile. I will be back to this Walmart!
I love coming to Walmart in Harahan. They are always fully stocked with things that you need. The store is always kept nice and clean and the staff is always nice and friendly and helpful. I'll continue to bypass Walmart by my house to shop at this one.
Like every other Walmart this place was busy. But we went to the garden section. We got a bunch of pot for some more plants.
Wal-Mart sucks. But you gotta sometimes. I truly prefer smaller businesses. This is a corporate conglomerate who could care less about their customers.
