Has a good selection but there’s absolutely no cashiers. I typically prefer self checkout however, when I have over 20 items why isn’t there a cashier to check me out ? The employees they have at self checkout just stand there and talk to one another. Then the most comical part is them “checking” your receipt when you’re going out the door as if they were BJ’s or Costco.
I give it 1 star but I don't think I should even give it that. I placed an order for shipping, in the notes I put in capital letters that delivery could not be after 2pm. Oh my god I placed the order a week ago and still have not been able to receive my package because the delivery person does not read the notes. I contacted customer service and they can't contact the store. Definitely the customer service is horrible.
I had just washed my car right before coming to Walmart. 100% that this scratch across 2 doors and fender was not there. I spoke with the manager and he said that they would take care of me. As we can see the scratch lines up exactly with the shopping cart. But no! Walmart refuses to pay for the damage. Walmart worker picking up the carts obviously ran into my car. Camera shows he was there but Walmart claims they can’t prove he scratched my car. Walmart refuses to take responsibility and make it right. I was parked in the back. No customers passed by my car. Walmart is responsible for the damage. .
Staff are morons. Was purchasing alcohol at self checkout so an employee needs to verify ID and input your birthdate. Watched the employee input an extra number by accident so the year I was born was way off and made me 12 years old. Obviously sale was declined but she refused to listen to me and told me I wasn’t allowed to buy alcohol. She even read my birthday on my ID again and still refused to try again, she just wanted to be right. She told her coworker to help me expecting her to also tell me I can’t buy alcohol. Her coworker approved it no problem and thought she was an idiot too.
Airline lost my case so needed clothes quickly! Not great sizing. Jeans too tight...same size jeans, different style, too loose!! Please the length was ridiculously long!! Self service tills too slow too.
The place is a nightmare, mostly due to the patrons and peoples inability to think about anyone other than themselves. If you like getting your heels run over by an oblivious person this is your place

To begin with, the staff at the auto center seemed completely unfamiliar with the specific requirements of German luxury cars such as Audi, Mercedes Benz, or BMW. It became apparent that they lacked the expertise necessary to handle vehicles of this caliber. When I inquired about the availability of suitable tires for my Audi A4, they appeared puzzled and unable to offer any guidance or assistance. To make matters worse, the installation process was an absolute disaster. The technicians showed a complete lack of attention to detail and care, causing potential damage to my car. They mishandled the delicate components of my Audi, leaving scratches on the rims and even dents on the bodywork. It was clear that they were not equipped or trained to handle high-end vehicles. Moreover, the overall customer service experience was abysmal. The staff demonstrated a lack of professionalism and seemed disinterested in providing satisfactory solutions to their customers. It was as if they were simply going through the motions, without any regard for the quality of their work or the satisfaction of their patrons. Furthermore, the time it took for them to complete the tire installation was excessive. Despite making an appointment and being assured of prompt service, I was forced to wait for an unreasonable amount of time. The lack of efficiency and organization within the auto center was frustrating, to say the least. Given the subpar service, I strongly advise owners of German luxury vehicles to steer clear of the Walmart Hialeah Auto Center. Their incompetence in handling and servicing these cars is evident, and the potential damage they can inflict is a major cause for concern. It's essential to entrust your vehicle to professionals who understand the intricacies of German engineering and can provide the level of service required. In conclusion, my experience with the Walmart Hialeah Auto Center was nothing short of a nightmare. Their inability to install tires on my Audi A4 or other German cars, coupled with their careless handling and poor customer service, has left me deeply dissatisfied. I highly recommend seeking alternative options for any automotive services, particularly if you own a luxury vehicle. Walmart Hialeah Auto Center is simply not up to the task.
Very busy place. Self check out was quick. Only issue I noticed was the parking was super full of empty carts all over the lot
It was my first time at this Walmart, and I got some good finds. I found a double insulated bottle for my daughter in her favorite color and cute table mats. Unfortunately, I have to search through them as someone damaged a few and put them back in the rack. I'll definitely go back and shop at this particular store.
A nightmare at the pharmacy with the technician Inelba at the register she is very rude, sarcastic, short fused and extremely argumentative, And she gets mad if you ask a question. As a consumer and as a very long time consumer of not only your store but your pharmacy I feel that anyone should be entitled to ask questions especially when it comes to their medications. I am not sure why she is like this it is not the first time it has been like this with her each and every time., I make sure to treat her with kindness and respect but I have had just about enough with her, I shouldn't have to feel like I'm walking on eggshells whenever I am dealing with her that is not the way it is supposed to be. I felt so bad that day I wanted to cry and I actually spoke with the pharmacist about her and he knows all about it maybe someone there could speak to him and he will tell you I'm sure I'm not the only one that has felt this way and had this complaint about her she needs to be schooled and corrected.
