This 5 stars isn't for the store itself. It is for a stellar employee. Lonnie was working in the self check out. He went out of his way several times, stayed Professional, and Courteous. First person in my life of visiting stores to ask a question so important every person in customer service should ask every Patron. Lonnie I salute you and hope your influence pours out over employees everywhere.
Grocery pick up is too slow. When it says ready, then it should be ready. What is the point of it if I have to sit in a Walmart parking lot for an hour? I could’ve shopped by then. If you don’t have enough employees or capability to handle grocery pick up. Then shut down some lanes. Push back the pick up time. When it says 5pm-6pm then I shouldn’t be being handed my groceries at past 6pm.
Pretty busy store location. Some employees are rude others are friendly. I prefer this Walmart store as it is a Supercenter and obviously larger than the 2 Neighborhood Walmarts around my area.
It's a bit cheaper than other grocery stores. There are mostly frozen foods, canned and prepared foods, not much fresh food. It wasn't nice to see the staff getting together and just chatting and chilling instead of working.. And there was only one checkout counter open, and most customers had to use the self-checkout counter, which was a little inconvenient especially, when there were a lot of items to pay for.
Because my phone doesn't sink with the app, I have to call into pickup. Yesterday the 6th of September I had to wait over one hour and that was after three additional calls
Applied for this job got a offer and I’ve been coming in person to ask when I will get my orientation and whatnot. Never got back to be very unprofessional wouldn’t work here. Had a pain trying to get hired I can only imagine working there….
I'm putting 3 stars because, inside the store is not so bad. It's clean, its employees typically can help you out pretty well. However the two loss stars are from the Pickup side. They never seem to have a system of how things work. I checked in on the app, sit for 45 mins. They tell me I should call and so when I try...no answer. I tried calling 7xs tonight. So they do not have someone inside running things? They kinda just do their own thing??
Y’all sweet suck! I want my Red Diamond on stock then I’ll buy 3 gall every time I’m visiting the store.
Store is unreasonably hot at the front of the store. The air conditioner is not working properly, everyone at the checkouts were sweating and complaining. If you have any health issues that are exasperated by heat like my epileptic child does do not go here right now. This could defiantly be a health risk for some and not one you should have while trying to get groceries. Customer service stated that they have informed corporate and just have to wait and hope it gets fixed. The employees seemed like this was an ongoing unresolved issue.
Walmart needs better customer service and they need to bring back the cashiers and get rid of self checks out. Consumer patronizes Walmart and the consumer has to scan their own merchandise, and bag, and pay for the product. Which is insane and the lines are long. Also, meat and produce should not be spoiled it is rotten.
