They don't follow there Policies they don't inform their employees of the Policies called up last week And spoke to a manager about the return polanything anything under $10 according to their management Does not require an ID Yet when I came in today the lady working customer service told me I had to have an ID and looked at me me like I was a common Thief This is all acceptable for any business let alone A major retailer That's Worldwide This is the worst service I've ever Received at a Walmart I hope that they take this review seriously and do something about it. I haven't attempted to return anything to this location since this incident i will try soon and let you know the update.
Can't find what I want anymore. End up ordering from Amazon for my needs. Don't want to do that, but Walmart is forcing me to do so. Why a lot of stores are closing. Easier to order on line! Also, can't find ANYONE to help me find my items! Need more workers/managers to be there for those who need it! T.
Apparently no one checks expiration dates at this store. I ordered groceries for delivery and received a $25 salmon filet that was expired by nearly a month.
Was looking for a representative and Josh who works in OPD was able to assist us and even went far and beyond his job. I would like Josh to be acknowledged for his diligence and work ethic. Thank you again Josh Online Pickup Department for assisting us! More people should be posting more positive reviews than just negative post about these hard working young adults!

This location has Karens at the top. Mostly old employees who think they are managers. The only good employees are the younger generation. Kind of ironic isn't it. The adults act like children and have little education
Reasonable prices. Nice place to shop, clean and well lights. Only complaint is they don't have enough clerks to ring you out. You have to do it yourself. I don't mind, but what about the elderly?
Our cashier, Greg, was excellent. However, during our shopping, we saw 4 employees standing together laughing and talking as we were googling the price of items that didn't have prices where they were on the shelf. We saw a grill 3 weeks ago at 96 dollars that is now 107. 11 dollar markup in less than a month is terrible. It's affordable, yes, but the markup is just wrong.
We love most of the staff here. All except for Sue with the blue frame glasses!!! We’re spark delivery drivers. Every single time we do a shop and deliver order, she has to be rude and harassing us! Says she needs to do a cart check. We know as Spark drivers, she would get a notification on her device, as well as we would get one on our device as well if that were true!! She says “I just have to make sure you’re not stealing”. This is absolutely NOT allowed by the staff! I know the laws! Mind you, we always willingly show our phone to the doorman as we’re leaving. Most of the staff there see us literally daily, and they know we are spark workers. We work hard daily for our money, and we don’t have anything to hide. But don’t stand there and harass us and assume we steal. That’s not right! It takes every bone in our body to be respectful to this jerk!!! Don’t be a Sue!!!!!!!
Not bad, I've seen the layout. Inventory is different which is to expect in a different state. Quick checkout which was awesome and a great change in pace.
