Holiday shoppers what can you expect. Items just all over the place in the store. Curbside pickup was disappointing. Some items were no longer available and the wait time more than I expected. Rep that brought out my order was great though.

Gone to hell in a hand basket. . . Looks like a F-3 Tornado touched down inside store. Employees seem either mad they at work or so high they don't care. Takes longer to checkout than to drive to the beach. Self checkout will not take cash and only one self checkout open and 1 register. . Yeah it sucked all the way around. Gone straight to hell. I rather pay more and go somewhere eles

I do not recommend this store for online grocery pickup. We have waited over an hour for our orders that we were already notified were ready in app on two separate occasions — once in August on a weekday evening and once now in December on an early Saturday morning. The selection of items is poor, stock is often lacking, and the customer service is abysmal. I tried to call five separate times and to three different lines. The first four times my call did not connect and the fifth I was hung up on. It’s worth the drive to Hoover to the SuperTarget for pickup because it only takes 5 minutes, prices are the same, staff is friendly, and stock is better. The best corporate offered to do to remedy the situation is give. $10 off coupon for our next online order.

Need more Cashier lines open. It's a very,very long wait in lines.needs improvement.On the first of the month and holidays that's when they need more workers to get the lines down a lot more better. It's Slow Alday holidays and first of the month

Worst walmart ever!  The shelves are never stocked.  If they are then it will have the wrong price.  The delivery is a joke.  They took the money off mt debit card but were "unable to deliver my order" for some reason I never knew because on top of all of this...they never, ever answer their phones.  Needs new management.

Need more registers to be open. Store was full of people  self check out was full on both sides and 3 registers open. Do better Walmart.

I love my neighborhood Walmart  I worked there for quite sometime and I’m also well known by managers and associates that work there. On Saturday August 27th, 2022 I got prosecuted for allegedly stealing some chicken even though my wife and I clearly made a mistake by not scanning the chicken while we checked out close to 100 items in our basket all of them were on the receipt as paid for. My wife even offered to go back and pay for the chicken and that did not matter to the AP. He did not show no sympathy. I understand he was doing his job so I did not get upset. Now , I have to go to court for nonsense.

I used the eye care department. Everyone was helpful. The doctor put my contacts I never wore contact before in, explained that I needed to come back in a week to ensure everything was going well. And that I would need reader glasses for near things. I have bifocal, that is the reason for reader glasses. The manager showed me how to take them out and put them in. She was extremely patient with me when I was trying to insert them. She also explained the proper care and handling of my contacts. An update...went grocery shopping for a few items. It took me about 20 minutes to get my groceries. I waited in line for 20 minutes. They only had four lanes open plus self check out.

Even with self service registers, there is always a long wait. But this is Walmart, it would be a surprise to every get Exceptional service here.

I had to get my own basket from outside. There was only one cashier available. The lines were long, some of the self checkouts were not working. Just a not so good experience.
