Went in a month or so ago looking for some pool products. They didn't have any in stock and it's late in the season. So as I was walking around, I saw a few kayaks on sale. I had been thinking about buying two for some time, but prices have been outrageous. One kayak didn't have a price so I asked a sales rep for help. Really kind and helpful. One kayak was on sale an the second wasn't and didn't come with a paddle. I asked if they would consider matching the price of the one that was on sale. Sales rep got the manager who was supper polite and kind. When I told him that if he'd match the price, I'd take both of them, he said that not only would he match the price, but also give me a further discount at check out. "SOLD". I had to go home to get my trailer and when I returned, the manager was busy, but it seemed like everyone in the store was ready for me. Outstanding service. Thanks Manager P.

Good morning to the managers of Walmart. I had a wonderful experience being at Walmart by a supervisor name Cattie!! From the time I’ve been living here in Trenton which is 6 years she’s my go to person to go find things really quickly or she could delegate her staff to help put me in the right direction. I recently I parked my RV and trailer on your guys lot which I have called for permission as she said, I am welcome to long as I park far away from the Walmart. You could always find her when it comes to her hair. It rings a nice good refresh Ness to know that there’s time people in Walmart who are not miserable about their jobs and this is the first time I ever wrote a five star review for Walmart and I am super glad to just let everybody know how awesome of a staff you have.

Nice customer service . Last week my parents visited this store near about 7 am  they had communication issue they can only speak “Urdu” . One of the ladies her name was Rosy she helped them and make them very comfortable . Thank you

I was at Walmart in Trenton Ontario July 21, 2022 with my mother and my 11yr old daughter.   When we were done we had three carts that we went through the check out with. Not self check out as I don't believe in putting people out of jobs. My bill was close to $400. As we were leaving my mother was in the front  I was in the middle and my daughter  had the third cart directly behind me it was obvious we were all together. Roseanne  proceed to ask my daughter if she had a receipt to which she said I had it. She said she stopped her because she did not have a receipt. My mother went out the door without a receipt  and she never questioned her? But the problem  is once she saw the receipt  this did not end. I turned around handed her the receipt even after seeing  the total she still continued to question  if my daughter was stealing.  In my 11yr Olds cart was cases of water two fans a case of gartorade and paper towels not something  an 11yr old would be stealing.  I told her I needed the receipt  back which looked like she was not planning  to hand over then she said as long as you did not use self check out... I asked are you still accusing us of stealing? She said " ya basically ".  This is terrible behavior and something needs to be done about Roseanne.   If she had stopped us but once she saw the receipt  let it go and did not go on to accuse me of stealing   if I went to self check out this complaint  would not be happening.   Our family spends 1500 to 2000 a month at this Walmart.  This was pure harassment by an unhappy bitter woman. Picking on an 11yr old girl even after seeing the receipt  is totally uncalled for. She needs to be fired for that she should also be apologizing to my daughter for her behavior. A copy of the above has also been sent to Walmart complaint dept. To which they have my contact  information  in my email.

Some staff carrying a push cart with stocked of small bins almost hit cart and almost hit my child. What kind of a service is that. We were just parked at the hall, doing our shopping quitely and this old lady passed by, literally said nothing. I have to approach her to get an apology. What kind of behavior is that. Do you guys want clients. Also another staff at the vegetable section, pushes cart towards a client. What kind of behavior does Walmart staff have nowadays, so rude!

I was the only customer at the self checkout. The employee working there saw me come up. I put my reusable bag out and he said “I’m assuming you brought that from home or paid for it.” He then proceeded to watch me very closely. I didn’t appreciate being made to feel like a criminal.

Tried to go for an optometrist appointment today of which we had to reschedule 2 times already son broke arm, put my back out. My husband and I made it to our appointments, I sat down in the chair and was asked how I was paying I said"debit" to which the associate responds to "well we only take cash or credit and you would have been told this already" way to make me feel like less than dirt. We don't have credit cards and I would have had cash if this piece of information was given to me at the time of booking the appointment....so because I didn't have any of this readily available we have been "taken off the list" and no longer welcome to get our eyes looked at by the optometrist at the Trenton location. This was really degrading not only did we have to walk out, but since I work nights I gave up sleep, time and gas to drive to Trenton just to be made a fool of. I don't recommend going there unless you have cash or credit in hand...since they won't tell you I'll be glad to give you all the heads up!

I worked there for about 3 months before I resigned. Management is a joke and fellow workers are verbally abusive. They even tried to accuse me of theft upon resigning. Never reccomend working here

Loved loved the awesome ladies.they were down to earth and made my visit the best visit ever.Karen brenda and rose,you people ROCK.Thankyou so much for the pleasant visit.Was a pleasure meeting yous in person.See you soon to pick up my fancy eyewear.My daughter will be in t see yous next week as soon as i get that call to pick up

Disgusting!! Customer service, quality of store, you name it the worst possible Walmart I’ve been into. Just from my experience here Walmart has lost my business and I will be telling everyone I know to not shop at any location. Melissa at customer service really needs some new training! The way I was spoken to is completely unacceptable and unprofessional! Very disappointed!
