Clean and organized. There was this really sweet lady who insisted on walking me to the spot where I could find the item I was looking for. Prices are always competitive at all Walmart stores I’ve been to.
I work here and there are alot of great people employed here! If they are out of stock for something you’re looking for they will have it back soon. Watch out for customers driving in the parking lot, 80 percent of them can’t see further than 50 feet in front of them LOL! Also blinkers are apparently options, I’ll be pushing 12 carts by hand and people will pull out infront of you barely missing by a couple inches. Regardless Christ is King! He healed my broken soul and restored it whole . I pray he does the same for anyone else reading this comment. Praise God! Repent the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand
Terrible. This store gets worse as everytime I go in. We only shop there if we can't find if somewhere else. The store is dirty and merchandise is thrown on the shelves. The employees look sloppy. They are dressed like they work in a warehouse. They only have 1 register open and they close that around 9:30 pm. You have to use self checkout. Pallets are everywhere in the aisles, mostly blocking merchandise. If it is raining, there are big puddles in some aisles from the roof leaking. It's a dump.
I would give them a higher score but I still object to doing their work and checking myself out. The employees are great, the store is clean but I want my employee discount.
I would like to share a positive review on Martha and Deborah. My granddaughter received an expensive gift, which was a GO Cart that did not fit her that she could not use due to her length that she is too tall for the pedals , without the receipt, it was very difficult I walked up to customer service there was a lady there named Jackie, and another lady who did not even entertain me did not want to even hear the story just completely shut me down this lady Deborah, who is very kind and sweet she took her time. Listen to me, walked back to the toys so I followed her because to see her on a cane broke my heart because I see what my mom is going through and I walk back with her and her personality was wonderful. She has excellent customer service, and to see the store manager come back and introduce yourself, which is Martha, and to know that I have my grandchild with me, and for these two ladies to show their professionalism, I think was just extraordinary. They went out of their way, and I just think that they deserve some kind of bonus raise some thing I’m not a fan of Walmart I think all staff are rude. I think that they don’t go above and beyond I go there mostly for my mom because it’s right up the street from her house . , Martha is an excellent manager. She did everything in her power to accommodate me and Deborah is a keeper. Also, she is extremely nice and she tries to make the customers happy both of them and I just would like to make sure that they get recognized and I appreciate them very much and so did my granddaughter. Thank you ladies. store 1844
I tried to return an item. Lisa was not in a good mood. Gave me a very hard time. I asked for a team leader and Rocco takes over the return. He tells me since it's was purchased from a third-party vendor, he cannot do the refund. Told me I have to call Walmart customer service but gave no telephone number. Rather than go through the hassle I am donating the item. Walmart is quickly going downhill with their customer service. The help that is in the store are rude or walk away as soon as they see you are going to ask a question. They've lost my business. Also, forget ordering online. If you need to return anything it becomes a huge hassle since Walmart is using third-party vendors. One review said if she could she would give them a zero. I'm of the same opinion.
Walmart has literally everything which I love because it's very convenient but this specific location literally only has one to two people working register which I understand people do not want to work for Walmart because of pay and all that but it is crazy that I have to stand in line for over an hour just to buy two items. One time I went there and I was literally in line two people away from check out and the lady completely shut down the entire line after I have been standing there for over an hour and a half because she wanted to go to lunch. There was only one line after that one person working the register and literally a line of over 40 people waiting to check out. Self checkout was a whole other line that wrapped halfway around the store. Ridiculous!
A little messy but I typically am able to still find everything I need when I visit. I do not prefer their produce as it tends to go from unripe to rotten without a viable ripe period.
I went in with five bags worth of items to return to Customer Service. Originally, I had calculated everything correctly. And my total should have been only $40 ish. When the checkout lady said it was over $60 my heart dropped. I didn't want to be embarrassed in front of the line of people behind me. And have to pick and choose what I wanted or even worse put everything back! So I bought everything and decided the next day, I could take it back! I walked up to customer service confidently, where Lisa was giving me my refund. Donna was also working up at the front and kind of looked over to see what was being done, because it was a large amount of items, mostly drinks. I explained how I was embarrassed in line. And how the prices were wrong! All of the sodas had different prices. When they should have been about $4. What the price tag said! Some came out to be $5,$4,$3,$6. I snapped a little at Donna because I thought she was kind of judging me in her tone of voice. But I also work in customer service, so I know exactly what happened. Yeah, it sucks when people come in with a big load of stuff and you actually have to work! And I mean that with no disrespect. For example, I'm a waitress, and if a table of six came in with a child and they completely wrecked everything. I also would "sigh* myself. Anyway, Lisa and Donna were great. She helped me with all of my questions, she returned everything that she could, and when she gave me a Walmart gift card not what I wanted I said, I wanted cash because I paid with cash. she reminded me that I paid with a credit card. So she put it back on my card! They both really helped me and I feel as women we should stick together! She made me feel self-conscious. I snapped at Donna and then apologized. Because I felt embarrassed, which was what I was trying to escape in the first place! After I said I was sorry, we continued talking and they both continued to help me with my needs. That's called professionalism and that's called being a woman of integrity. And just a basic nice genuine person. So thanks guys!!! Your the best!!!
Some of Walmart staff are so mean and need to be trained as to how to deal with customers. I'm not so sure if it's racism or ??. But it's rather unfortunate you sometimes have to pass through those bad hands before you exit Walmart.
