The staff is very nice and helpful, but management needs a lesson in running a store efficiently. Leaving your staff with one manager and no keys late at night when it's busy is a poor choice. We ended up waiting more than 30 minutes for a manager named Randy because management didn't provide keys to a secure cabinet to their staff. That's incompetence at its finest.
Quaint quiet little place tucked away in a strip mall. Food excellent. Different from your regular cafes; much better. Menu gives you healthier choices, especially for vegetarians. Furniture is ecleptic Cafe style. No booths or padded seats. Very clean. Service good.
It's a pretty good Walmart. We visit it every time we're in the area for our hotel food and drink needs. They have a nice airbrush shop inside where you can get your airbrush needs and also some souvenirs.
I typically have reservations about Walmart due to its consistently bustling and crowded stores, often populated by individuals who don't exhibit the best manners. The shopping experience is often marred by the sheer number of people, and navigating the parking lot can be a stressful ordeal. However, I must acknowledge that the employees I encountered were pleasant and helpful during my visit.
Our first time in Pigeon Forge. This Walmart is laid out opposite of the one in our home town, but has all the same type products. Self check out coupled with Walmart Pay makes the purchase quick and easy. Much faster than Saturday traffic through PF! Nearby activities: The downhill bobsled is just to the South of Walmart.
Absolutely disgusting experience.. We were accused of stealing after the receipt machine ran out of paper at a self checkout. They had us and our crying children standing at the door for over an hour while they looked up our purchase in the "system" only to find that we had indeed paid for our items... Being locals of the area, I can say without a shadow of a doubt that we will never use Walmart to buy groceries again. I hope that less people buy from Walmart in Sevierville TN because of this review. Because if it had been you..YOU would feel the same.
Actual person that checked us out was nice. The line was very long. Because no one wanted to ck their self out plus bag all contents. Last time, I cked myself out. People inline move in behind me & other customers .Why???? They should have stayed back & waited. I'll never ck myself out again. It's absolutely ridiculous. It's getting really out of control.
Stayed at Glenstone Lodge. Room had to be revacuumed and still wasn't that clean. Lots of noise after 11 pm. Restaurant in hotel awesome. Walkability: Very far walk from downtown Gatlinburg.
We are weekly Walmart shoppers at home and have never seen a store so poorly run. It is only 8pm at night and staple items are sold out on the shelves with no indication they are going to be restocked. There is literally not a single full service checkout like open and we are all 5 to 6 deep in every self checkout line. The experience is inexcusable and such a terrible representation of the company.
The most unorganized, unstocked store I've been too. They lock up EVERYTHING and you can't get help to get what you need. I will drive an hour just to not use this Walmart from now on. I have used this Walmart for years buy never again !!!!! STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE AND ANGER PROBLEMS!!!!!!!!!!Service: 1/5
