A real mega superstore with all the trimmings. I don’t think there is anything that is not in the store all while he kept impeccably, clean and organized by the incredibly efficient and courteous staff
Line is always very long if you come at night because they close every lane except the self checkout on one side of the store. Tonight the line went all the way down the side of the store. We saw at least 10 workers walking around not doing anything. The lay out is also confusing and seems random. The good point is that it is a clean and well organized store beyond that.
This place was an experience!!!!! Clean store, well kept, fully stocked, and even the outside just doesnt look like your typical Walmart. Must go here if in the Palm Beach/Jupiter area in Florida!!!!!!
Receipt checkers at the door take their jobs too seriously. Bought 3 cases of water and nothing else. Dude at the door take a while minute to look at the receipt. First off, why does it take that long to look at a 3 inch receipt? Second, why are your checking my receipt anyways for two items? And third, even if I was stealing the water, who cares??? It's 100° out, people deserve to have water and live. Get over yourselves.
The staff are loud and rude. They congregate in groups and gossip and laugh among themselves The store has the feel of a warehouse in disarray rather than that of a pleasant shopping experience The garden center is merely staging for pallets and new stock. You cannot see of reach most garden related goods A large amount of product are missing price tags and or do not match the price at checkout I could write a small book on the shortfalls of this store but I can say with strong conviction that this is probably the worst Walmart of any that I frequent in Florida
My experience at this store has been pleasant. It is roughly between 160-180 thousand square feet with a low ceiling. Smaller than the 200,000 square foot stores in Port Saint Lucie and Fort Pierce - no gas station, liquor store, or tire and oil changing garage. Not complaining though. You have a Subway inside serving up delicious sandwiches, a clean sales floor, and souvenirs like can cozies and keychains on a display designed like a beach hut. The store is small but cozy.
Waited OVER AN HOUR for a curbside pick up order and they didn’t even have the order right…I had 3 missing items I had to go into the store to resolve the issue and 1 other item was a bubbly water that was busted open. I will never do curbside pick up again after this experience. I mean, it’s Walmart, I don’t know how much more I was expecting…
Very pretty looking from the outside but - If you can, order online or find what you need yourself. The staff are apathetic; they really don’t care about you and they’re ALL on their CELL PHONES all the time. It wasn’t always like this but with staff in such shortage they’ve had to bring in from elsewhere and they’re in their own world. It feels like they hate working there too.
Everytime I visited, I feel like this place is a fire hazard. Continuous blocked areas limiting anyone to move easily around the store. Rarely do you find shopping carts in the front of the store because they're always still in the parking lot. Limited shelves because they're still in the wrapped containers. For the past several years, this store has been slowly getting worse and worse. Majority of the time you will find a cop stationed outside of the store and employees profiling people with checking receipts on the way out of the store. I've reached the point if I have time, I drive 20+ minutes out of the way to visit Stuart's Walmart instead because none of these issues occur there.
Usually this is a very busy store, specially afternoons and weekends. Parking is ample, but best places are either taken by the employees or reserved for in store pickups. The staff often does not know where the specific products are, often one can see groups of employees picnic chatting and disregarding customers. Aisles are often blocked by stacks of boxes that wait to be moved to the shelves but never are. At times this place seems to be a very disorganized and staff is not doing the work, but the real problem is with the incompetent management of this store. I have to update this review July 2022 after recent experience at this store. After doing some grocery shopping l looked at the receipt and realized that prices on the receipt for a few items where higher, some much higher, than displayed on shelves. I can see that this improves Walmart bottom line, and there will be bonuses for upper management, but what about customers, specially the ones that come to Walmart for low prices. Keywords: Walmart scam, overcharging, bad customer service bad management.
