When Sam Walton opened the doors to the first Walmart in 1962, his goal was to save people money so they can live better. Sam was a firm believer in listening to what his customers had to say. That tradition continues today. But now, it doesn’t have to end when you leave the store. Through Facebook, we’re able to talk to you, find out what’s on your mind and let you know what we’re up to. It’s just another way we’re working to give the millions of families who shop at Walmart more of what they love—ways to save money and live better.

Nice and clean store and staff is very helpful to assist us locating items.
Curbside pickup Very disappointed. Due to time constrain, I ordered 2 ice cube molds, paid for them on my computer. I down loaded the walmart app but got some problems. So i showed up by the pick up door because my car was too hot. The delivery clerk raised the voice at me two times: first for putting my hand on the code pad. second for asking if I can come inside. Ok I got that because he had to follow the Covid Guide line. What really made me mad was a female clerk came out and said she could help me. But then she moved to another vehicle and left me waiting for more than 5 min., then she came back and said "I have got u". Then she went inside and picked up my order for about 5 min. If she could not help me, she could have let someone else to help me. I only needed to pick up 2 ice cube molds. Bad Service!
Stopped by to pick up my nephews new glasses and some groceries. It's convenient have a one stop shop for all my needs. I even put gas at their gas station. It's about 20 cents cheaper than everywhere else.
This business needs to put people back at the check out lines. I have been going to this Walmart for years and it has steadily gone downhill, which says alot considering expectations aren't high for Walmart to begin with. When you have a full grocery basket and you are about to spend $200 you don't expect to have to use the self checkout in order scan the entire basket and pay. There was literally NO check out lines open with employees, except the one express lane that sells cigarettes. Another customer said the same thing right behind me. Also, you could imagine someone elderly or disabled with a full basket and no one to help them check out. It ridiculous. It may be fine when you quickly make small purchases, but let me be clear that this Walmart's priority is to make every customer check themselves out in order to maximize profits elsewhere. They would rather you order everything online and never walk into the store. No theft, tons of data about your purchases, and guaranteed sales. I hope these employees know that they are prepping themselves to be replaced by the first decent automated system that can pick out orders in the store. It is a poor in store customer experience. Walmart may be big, but nothing is too big to fail. This is how you do it.
I want to share my experience with curbside pickup. We waited for over 2 hours for a curbside pickup order. I called the number to check in at 7:21 pm and left a message, an employee said he checked me in, my husband checked in via his phone. They didn’t bring my items out until after 9:44 pm. One young lady I tried to talk with said she didn’t speak English. I have a suggestion for management. If you’re short staffed then maybe you could alert customers online before they order so they can decide if they still want to order. Giving a quick update to customers would help. This is unacceptable for anyone to have to wait on groceries for over 2 hours.
I came to this Walmart to pick up 2 items with my child in my arm one was a cosmetic item which had was locked up on the shelf. I told a Walmart working that I was looking for assistance to help me she told me they’ve been trying to find the others have been asking where he was. I was waiting for 5 mins and I found another worker to help me find some one to unlock it which was Mr.Juan I went up to him and asked if he could get somebody to unlock it he kept walking with out saying anything so I got his attention again and said excuse me there is a lot of people waiting to get the shelf unlocked he said give me a minute very rudely. I went back to the beauty area to wait. He Mr.juan came back with the key and said “what” in my face. I said that was very rude of you I’m just asking to get this item grabbed the item from off the rack. He snatched the item from out of my hand and and shook a security lock box in my face to put it in I told him all you had to say was you needed to put it in there it was no reason for you to do that I have a child in my hand the last time I came here they let me take the item to the front so I didn’t know you had to do that. I took the box from him once again he snatched it back from me and locks it. After that we had a exchange of words because I felt disrespected. I’ve talked to other people in the store yesterday they have several complaints about this man Mr.Juan. One of the workers said he is also a manager of the cosmetics section. This is what Walmart standards are I won’t be coming back to shop. I’m reading all theses reviews and they are complaining about how rude the workers are.
My recent visit to the Walmart Supercenter in Katy, TX left me with mixed feelings, and I'd like to share my experience. I came to this location primarily to visit Ideal View Eyecare - Ophthalmology, which is conveniently located inside the Walmart store. The proximity of both vision centers was a plus, as it allowed me to efficiently address my eyecare needs. I started with my appointment at Ideal View Eyecare - Ophthalmology, and I must say that the service there was quick and efficient. However, my visit to the Walmart vision center to fill my prescription was a different story. I expected a more streamlined process, especially as a repeat customer, but unfortunately, it took longer than anticipated. The extended wait at the Walmart vision center was quite inconvenient for me, as I was there for my special needs nephew who tends to have temper tantrums. Balancing his needs while waiting for services was a challenge, and I had hoped for a quicker and more efficient experience. In the end, I did receive what I needed from the Walmart vision center, but the delay and inconvenience were somewhat frustrating. I believe that a more seamless and efficient process, especially for returning customers, would greatly enhance the overall customer experience. On a positive note, the Walmart Supercenter itself offers a wide range of products and services, making it a convenient one-stop-shop for various needs. The store's layout and selection were commendable. In conclusion, while the convenience of having Ideal View Eyecare - Ophthalmology and the Walmart vision center in close proximity is beneficial, I would recommend improvements in the speed and efficiency of service at the Walmart vision center to better serve customers and enhance their experience, especially for those with special needs or time constraints.
So it goes with saying Walmart is my most favorite store but prices in the world are really going up this little chopper thing used to be no higher than 9.99 now it’s 17 bucks glad I got mine when they where cheaper ‍
Workers aren't really helpful. I wanted to purchase a twin foam mattress topper that was in clearance. The box was taped together and it didn't have a price. I took it to the cashier to see what the price was. I was told it was $55 , which was the original cost. Just as clarification...the box was open, the mattress topper showing, and there is tape around the box and it's the original price? No thank you! I'm pretty over Walmart at this point!
If you need baby milk you might as well learn how to make it. I'm sure you will get it faster that way. They have a buttom you press for assistance getting the locked milk yet no one ever comes. Takes over 30 mins sometimes. Then they force you to go in the only lane open. The express lane that takes like another 30 mins just waiting. They need to find a new system. Everyone is always lost and never know who has the key.
