Staff need a lot more training on being polite and knowledgeable on the services of the store. It was such a sore experience. Just one gentle, older man at the Tills made a difference. i believe his name was Richard.
Delivery sucks the driver in the picture shown litterly just got infront of me while I was really close made me hit the brakes hard on top of that diving 25mps in a 40 and 35mph in a 50 is this really necessary after almost causing a wreck by getting infront of traffic.
Jennifer in the vision center is really awesome! She has a wonderful personality. very friendly and helpful. She is through and makes sure you find the right pair of glasses to fit your face and needs. My niece was unsure of what to choose. She went back and fourth until Jennifer stepped in to help. In no time my niece had the glasses she wanted. Then Jennifer took the time to explain the protection for her glasses and the cost. She let us know that my niece could get a second pair of glasses as backup just in case something happens to the first pair. Wow. I love her energy! It was a pleasure to have her assist us. Thank you Jennifer
Love the how clean and calm this Walmart is but was definitely profiled. When checking out the Hispanic lady was watching my every move did not even look at anyone else. When walking out my three year old daughter gave the door greater the ticket and he looked at it to make sure drinkers were paid for but didn’t even tell her Thank you or no kind of personality. Couple be hide us he was very nice and welcoming to. Will not be back
I was profiled here a few months ago when walking out and management could care less so I haven't been back. Had to stop by as an emergency and they were profiling another Hispanic guy as he was walking out. The female greeter who was of African American descent was accusing a Hispanic guy that the cart didn't match the receipt. He didn't speak English very well. They verified his receipt was fine with another lady. After the encounter the greeter who is female African American & middle aged & very short with long curly fake hair could be heard saying " Well if he only spoke English!!" Are you kidding me? This may be why all their jobs will be replaced by machines soon. Machines don't have attitude, hate, or judge people by their skin color. It was about a month ago, but shout out to Bryan in the online pick-up department for helping me find my kids' toys! It's always nice to get someone who's actually helpful. The young lady at customer service was very kind as well, but I need not catch her name.
I was buying school supplies for my granddaughter and having a hard time finding everything. I had one associate help me and she was great! I had more shopping to do and asked another associate what isle was the item I was looking for was and I got an eye roll and sarcastic response.
Am a Walmart plus member since forever. Love me some Walmart. And love me some Walmart deliveries. Everything all in one spot can order ENTIRE SHOPPING LIST FOR DELIVERY. BAM DONE . ON TIME DELIVERY OR THEY MAKE IT RIGHT
Auto center service was fast and efficient. I need a new battery and installation was free. Honestly, the battery installment on my 2017 Dodge Journey is a real pain, requires removing driver side wheel and splash guards to remove and replace. Drove my vehicle 150 miles to PASS state inspection!! Thank you auto center team!
A wonderful woman named Nikki decided to walk me all the way back to a register across the store over 3 containers of dog food. I pointed out the woman who helped me at the register. Nikki’s response was “uh uh we’re going over there.” I told her I’d go grab it but she kindly escorted me while holding my bag to the register to get my receipt. She then asked me if I had that many items in my bag and counted them. For a minute I was afraid I may have stolen something. Afterwards she gave me my bag, followed me to the door accosting me the whole way. I felt like an inmate being followed by a jail keeper. Fine I left my receipt, but no need to follow me out telling me over and over “it’s your fault, this could’ve been avoided. Don’t forget your receipt and we won’t go through dis” Never going back.
