Absolutely the worse service at a Wal Mart I’ve had. Waited 45 minutes for help in the camping area and no one ever came spoke with manger and several others that said they would have someone come and didn’t get any, wasted all the time I wanted to and left and got great service at Gibson’s down the street. This happened on Saturday, what surprised me the most is why didn’t the manger help us really ??? After I told her we’ve been waiting a long time. She also had an attitude of why was I bothering her!! Won’t be back !!
Customer service is rude & acts put out when you need help with something. If you can’t find something they just tell you what aisle and don’t bother with helping you find it!!! Ridiculous!!! Also this self checkout business is for the birds! I had a basket full of large & heavy items I had to scan & bag myself. Ridiculous!!! While the employees just look on with an attitude!!! I absolutely hate going to Walmart.
Customer service can be a little rough. This is a huge Walmart
Typical Walmart. Always clean and neat with good customer service. They're just like every other store with only one cashier and multiple self checkout options and people are having to wait although there are because registers are closed. It is what it is. The only other dry goods option is Amazon or drive 60 miles to another worse option.
I had a tire blow out on me. Carroll and tire techs in the Automotive Department were fantastic. Fast & friendly service. Great price for 2 tires that I couldn't find anywhere else.
The store is clean. You see associates in most departments, but none approach to ask if you need assistance. Some of the shelves were poorly stocked. But the staples are there. Sunscreen, water shoes, lotion, sunburn relief,,, they know their consumers.
I have been to many walmarts in the past. This one is neatly clean. Well managed.
Clean store well stocked short on staff I guess because I could find No One to help me And the self check outs 3 of them were out of paper so you couldn't use them
I had to look and look and look for xl v-neck t-shirt, non cuffed fleece pajama pants.
Always enjoy going there. Clean, great inventory and if they don't have it buy it online and have it shipped to Walmart for pickup, so you don't need to worry about porch pirates
