Called Walmart and Chrissy at customer service was so helpful! Deli was not answering the phone but she went above and beyond to answer my questions and ensure they eventually picked up. Please make sure Chrissy in customer service gets recognition for being an amazing employee!
Sean in the Photo Center always goes above and beyond when helping, not only for his department! John in the Pharmacy is a perfect Gentleman and he will even answer your questions over the phone. Diana at the fitting rooms, who answers the phone is a great asset to the Walmart team. She's very knowledgeable about everything and if not she will find out for you!! All 3 deserve a big raise!!
The Lake Geneva Walmart is by far the best Walmart that I have been to. Clean, in stock, friendly and efficient with customer service. I go there from Kenosha Wisconsin which is about 35 minutes away and I live 2 miles away from Kenosha Walmart location, which sucks really bad. I will go to Lake Geneva location again.
Walmart store was very clean and well organized. I saw many employees working to stock shelves. There is a mix of full service and self check out registers. My only beef I had was the delay when my Walmart giftcard would not work at the self checkout. I had to wait for assistance, then needed to have order suspended to pay at Customer Service. I had to wait again, so checkout process took long than expected.
This Walmart store should be the blueprint for the rest of the Walmart locations across the country. The cleanliness of this store was unbelievable! The shelves were neat and well stocked and the employees I spoke with were very friendly. The manager and the employees should be commended on a job well done.
went to walmart to buy a few groceries . i ended up at the self checkout and a worker walked up and tried to "help" me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! the lady was CARRIE horrible service and had an attitude the whole time. i asked for her name and she refused to give it to me because " i didn't do nothing wrong" if you won't give me your name obviously you did something wrong carrie so here is your bad review. please check yourself. i don't care if you work at walmart, customer service is number 1 priority. i work in customer service, and this experience was disgusting.
Walmart in Lake Geneva is a Supercenter. It's always very busy. You can wander awhile looking for a Parking spot. This Walmart has it all: pharmacy, Cost Cutters HairCuts, Bakery, garden center, etc. No question Walmart has some very good deals. For me, it's a tad TOO BIG but is does have many selling points. It's also close to other desirable stores like Starbucks, Home Goods, Petco, Sherwin Williams.
Super Center best describes this Walmart. It's always busy. The vegan/vegetarian options are always expanding. Great selection of olive oils. The produce has gotten better. I'd like to see them carry a vegan jerky. The already carry Beyond brand. They keep their prices so reasonable - written; 05/13/23 ~ L.R.K.
Used to love this store but after the remodel it's been colossally downgraded. The aisles are cramped, added with the seasonal tourist boom, makes navigating the store a Hassel. Really wish they'd stay open later.
Great service. Ask if I found everything ok. Couldn't fine pizza sauce. He looked it up. Found the brand I was looking for. Went to to get it for me. Great service.
