If you are here for games, I would avoid it whenever possible. This place has your most common games, and popular games in stock. At no point will you find a rare gem here even if your life depended on it. The people are also hard to find here for ANY kind of help, even if you did find a video game you wanted. They're often few who are working and those who are tend to just hide in the back. The electronics department also sits in front of their back end bathrooms, which was reeking of the smell of heroine and many loitering homeless trying to access the laptops for personal pleasure. This place is an absolute zoo, with monkeys but no caretakers.
I was waiting in like in the electronics dept and was getting no help getting a phone charger cord from one of the employees. I asked the one person who was behind the counter if anyone else had keys they could help me. Michael said "I have keys but am on break I'll help you when I'm done". Seeing how he was still in the electronics dept and not in the break room I took this as a insult and basically telling me to F-off. Total disrespect for customer service and ended up causing a huge scene. I hate this Walmart worst location worst customer service and high crime.
I came to buy some boxes and I found out a really good deal for the smallest boxes for a $1 so I took 6 boxes, I went to pay them and their were bringing up for a diferente price $1.98 so I told the cashier I saw them for a dollar and she said if I didn't want to pay $1.98 each I can take them back were I found them, I got really offended, so I went back where I found the boxes to take a picture and call a manager, so the manager from sporting goods came I told him what happened and he said he couldn't change the price of the boxes we were standing infront of the boxes with the sign he said he could give me only one box for a dollar, I told him no thank you I can buy them online at Amazon, because they don't lie with their prices and he just left.
If I could give no stars, I would. Went for an oil change they had to do it twice because the first time it sprayed all in my engine. They said they cleaned it out but they really did a poor job if they did anything.
Whatever you do, DO NOT place a pick up/curbside order at this Walmart location. I selected a pick-up time between 5-6 pm. It is currently 7:03 pm and I have been waiting over an hour for my order. There was a line of cars just waiting to get a curbside spot when I first arrived. Now I’m in a spot and checked in in the app and they still aren’t bringing out my order only 11 items. I even called and I’ve just been on hold. This is ridiculous and I will never come to this location again.
Can’t say much about this place, but it has most of the things your going to need. They have a lot of produce, but one star off since if you want to buy something that is LOCKED behind a glass door, you have to call somebody with KEYS and I understand there’s a shortage of employees!
Never been to another Walmart where you are greeted upon entry. I love it! Also security here is on point! You’d think the thief‘s would learn by now to go somewhere else. Lastly there was one occasion here when I was short a couple dollars on my purchase and one of the employees helped me out which I was very grateful for. While there may be some shady people that hang around here there are many good ones that help keep our community strong.
I always use the curbside pickup as I am handicapped. The people who work there are so helpful, friendly, and kind. I couldn't be more pleased with their service!
One of the few place that post closing at 11pm and actually let you walk in up to 11pm and don't prohibit entry 15 or more minutes before closing time. Store is usually well-stocked and have someone at entrance to greet you and welcome you in - even at 10:55 pm.
It's as good as other Walmarts, but there's meth heads outside asking for money. I got asked for money 3 times in one night, and a fourth guy asked two elderly gentlemen. Loitering is a huge problem at this Walmart.
