My husband drives an 18 wheeler over 48 states. We have the opportunity to visit many Walmart locations that allow truck parking. This location is a shinning star in the Walmart stores. From the gentleman, who greeted us at the door to the pharmacy associates were friendly and helpful. The associates on the floor greeted us and made us feel welcome. It's just too bad that All Superstores couldn't be as nice as this one. We will definitely inform our trucking friends about this location. Most truckers spend on an average of between $150.00 a visit. Our bill was just shy of $300.00. Just something to ponder.
There is very little you can't find here but the chaos on the shelves and displays sure make you know it's Christmas. Maybe when they open it's neat but by noon, every person for themselves. Most of the customers were cheerful and the clerks, God Bless them, are very pleasant. And they have lots of cashiers! I hope not to need anything there until the new year.
I'd give less stars if I could. I self checked out and thought my total was high. The attendant was acting really bizarre. I get home and checked out my receipt to find out that somehow the attendant altered the prices and added stuff I didn't buy. BE AWARE THAT THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF LIKE THIS. Think about how many don't check their receipt.
I'm glad they stopped asking for receipts their is still a lady or 2 who do it but it's so annoying when you're being watched the whole time. That's what you have your secret people watching and cameras for. Not necessary for you to be checking receipts and holding up lines. Focus on making your store better the self checkouts weren't even improved they are made smaller especially for people with full carts there is no where to put so much
Why advertise delivery times, then not deliver? I ordered groceries to arrive 4-5 pm. THE ORDER NEVER ARRIVED. I called at 7:30 & was told the order would arrive "after 8." By 10:15 pm I called the store for the 2nd time and got VERY insistent. Someone finally admitted the order had never left the store. They blamed the driver. Walmart had never called/texted to tell me the order would not arrive. So I waited over 6 hours 4-10 pm for nothing. Bad customer service.
Got here 30 minutes before automotive closed to simply get A PLUG IN MY TIRE and got turned away because "it's too late". I HATE WALMART
A great experience. Employees are very helpful, even looking up and finding products when it's not their department. The lady who checked me out the last two shopping trips, is absolutely the BEST! She's patient, friendly and puts the filled bags in my cart when I get behind. She also doesn't put too much in the bags which to me says she sees that I'm a senior, with a compression glove on my wrist and that I'm having difficulty lifting items onto the belt... obviously she cares about the customer and goes above and beyond her required "duty," to give the best service possible. I wish I could recall her name which starts with an I, a very unique name. She deserves a raise most definitely!
The place was great except for the aisle of chips was almost completely empty and I got to get my daughter's Christmas cereal, which was a bummer! But the visit was exceptional!
4 times broken eggs in one month ! Situation has gotten worse past 8 months. This last time Sept. 9, 2022 we tried to refund online and it said...."bring back the eggs 6 that are broken for a refund," seriously ? Shame on Walmart for not caring about their Seniors at risk !!!! My wife and I are aging seniors and she shops online regularly for grocery pickup cause its what we were "conditioned" to do during the Covid lock down since we are at high risk of infection. And since Covid persists, we continue to shop online to minimize our risk. Past 8 months, every week, would be a broken egg, or upto as many as 6 in a carton of 18. She use to be able to get a refund "online" after a total of 18 broken over a certain period, or if it was only one or two eggs just not worry about it and let it go. We live on a fixed income and every dime counts.....so does minimizing our risk to Covid exposure. But seriously....bring an egg, or two eggs, or upto 6 eggs every week for a refund.....unnessarily exposing ourselves to getting Covid.....which is almost certain death for someone with a myriad of respiratory illnesses ! Totally unacceptable to do this to those at high risk.....stand in line, usually for a long period around a lot of people, at the refund counter.....to get a partial refund for one ot two eggs ! And how ridiculous is that.....have you seen how one or two broken eggs glue the other eggs into the carton ? Solution...how about a special "Seniors On-line Refund Site".....or a "Senior Refund Express Lane" in the store ? Or maybe its all intentional to get rid of broken eggs cause most people won't bother to stand in line to get a partial refund.....but isn't that a form of stealing ? Shame on Walmart and shame on them for not caring about Seniors ar risk !!!!
The customer service was absolutely amazing. They had so many places for you to go eat, and they didn’t give me a problem about parking my truck I would go back.
