I was currently in this Walmart and I was doing a self check out there was like three employees at the very end of the self checkouts talking as if I’m trying to steal in front of them which I wasn’t stealing anything, made me feel very alienated even though I was paying for my purchase and then I was having trouble getting my card to go thru on their card machine. If I was going to be selling this would be the opportunity to do it . But because I’m an honest person and I do not steal I’ll try to get help from individuals staring at me trying to wave them over to me and they did not even come near me they walked the opposite direction! good management here! The individuals walked away from me and when I tried to flag them down to get some help they’re staring at me and I literally flagged them over to me and they just turn around and walk away I couldn’t get any help from these three management individuals that were just looking at me trying to talk about me stealing when I hadn’t stolen anything and when I tried to get them to help me they walked away they looked at me from across the freaking room and just walked away I had to track somebody down to help me finish my checkout process. Customer service from the one lady that helped me finish paying that I had to walk across the check out area to get help from.. she was great.. the other 3 people should get some write up or lessons on customer service.
I am a fan of large shopping stores that carry basicly everything you need. So this Walmart super center is a favorite because they always have plenty of free parking and I can get everything I need. From plants and gardening tools to tech gear. Staff are always pleasant and helpful, the store is always clean. So yes. This store gets my thumbs up for sure.
This store has had the same reliable layout for over 20 years, NOW some bonehead thinks they all have to have the same layout...stupid how they have changed. WORSE YET, they have added SO MANY self checkouts, only about 6 registers... Not everyone is physically capable of doing their own checkout and bagging...not to mention the employees in danger of loosing their jobs because the higher ups want larger profits... Prices and selection are good,but their customer service and employee treatment seems to be going down hill in favor of higher profits.
Eric in electronics was great! I gave him specific brands of TV I was interested in and he was able to provide pros and cons for each. This really helped with my decision on which one I chose. So far I am 100% satisfied with the choice I ended up making.
So today I went in to this Walmart to buy an att phone after already going 3 times and att rep not being there!! I'm the type of person that hates when people get upset at employees but today I learned a big lesson!! I got upset myself due to driving on 3 separate occasions and rep not being there after I was told yesterday he will be in today at 11am! I go in today at 1 pm and no one is still there so I just lost it!!! Driving back and forth wasting gas and still not being able to buy the phone at the price that the rep would give me 49.99 and with the rep not there 99.99!!! I didn't think it was fair for me to pay more because of someone else not doing their job!! A manager helped me out and he did an amazing job and got me the price the rep would have given me !! Honestly hands down best manager to help me in quite some time!! I believe if everyone just did their job things would be a bit more smooth for everyone!!! Don't know the managers name but what a great guy!!
The store is absolutely beautiful since it's remodel wow fantastic room in the aisles everything was full it was a pleasure to shop there. Our cashier was Bipin, he was a very kind man and made me feel welcome in your store. He greeted me and also at the end told me thank you and have a good day. You don't get that everywhere. Oh and I forgot to add this is the first time I've ever been at this Walmart. Great job everyone!!! L.Barr. Gilbert Az
They cut most of the cashier staff and the ones who are left are grown adults who don't want to work. The young kids there have better work ethics than the middle aged employees, it's very sad. I went in tonight and the cashier sent me over to do a price match for online but the older cashier who was clearly upset i bothered him while he was chatting with other employees looking at their phones, refused to help me with the match. I instead had to buy it at the register and go back to wait for online pick up all because he didn't want to do his job. It's really sad to see people that age with so little work ethic. If you don't want to work in customer service then find a new job, but don't come to work and be lazy and miserable to your customers...after the man refused to do his job he went back to chit chat in a group with the other middle aged employees looking at their cell phones.. I just want to add I am normally very understanding, I work in Healthcare finance but as a second job I manage retail stores so I try to be very patient and understanding but they don't deserve it in this situation. I work two full time jobs and no matter how tired I am I do my job. I used to think it was an age thing but tonight it showed me it's a lazy thing. Walmart is raising prices and providing horrible service! Do better walmart!
Got new set of tires put on the truck. We had an appointment at 9 and got there at 8:40 they couldn't check us in till 9 and didn't even start the work till 9:35. It took 2 hours and 15 minutes to get them put on. Happy with the tires but we have never had it take so long to get a set of tires put on at any other tire store even without an appointment.
I've been trying to contact the auto center, the store operator and customer service people to no avail. They do not answer the phone. I guess I will have to go out of my way and drive there. Kudos to the wireless services team, whatever that means, they did answer and transfer me to the customer service desk after advising that Customer Service is usually very busy with in store customers to answer the phone. Sure enough CS didn't answer. WALMART you make a-lot of money from your clients. Hire enough people to provide decent customer service. When you lack personel then you exploit your current personnel and also provide a bad customer service experience.
Notified staff I needed assistance at perfume case for some cologne and waited and waited and waited and then went approached a register and they couldn't help and said go to customer service and they called someone to the case again and after waiting for awhile again the lady that was looking for the person with keys was still looking for that person walked by asked another employee if they had seen them I told them to just forget it and left to continue my shopping and I will not return to that store again!
