Terrible customer service. They don't care that they stock their shelves with expired milk and yogurt. Milk date showed it was still good for another week, yet was thick and lumpy when poured in a glass. They're ruining their own products. Then when you return yogurts you notice after buying that they're expired, they refuse your return when the fault was on them. Went to another Walmart for real service and reported this location for being a hazard.
I love to buy here I always fine the things I'm looking for whether is food clothes personal items etc.. at great prices it also provides pick up or order online
People with disabilities have basic needs too! How is it possible that in this Walmart 90% of the electric cars for disabled people are broken! This is a lack of management by the manager of this Walmart.
Absolutely disgusting. We did a pickup order & the majority of our produce, fruits and vegetables were completely rotten. I am appalled.
This Walmart is one block from my house so I come to this location alot, but recently I have been feeling like this store don't care enoigh about their customers to add a self check out, invest money into servicing the shopping carts, hire more cashiers so the lines aren't so long. I love supporting my community and spending money where I live but after visiting several other Walmarts I feel they don't care enough about the people in the community to change things for the better.
Nasty employees! Rude disrespectful I will never come back. It was 7:00 I arrived at the game section. 7:11am a rude employee walks up and I asked for games and she said "Its too early for this" meanwhile she was 11 minutes late I said you cannot be serious??? Just rude employees all around. If you don't want to work STAY HOME!!!!! This place is the absolute worse. They only have 2 registered open on 2 days before Christmas the lines are backed up! I can't wait to get out of here.
Good to have a Walmart near by, always clean, employees are helpful and nice... but their inventory is no where near other Walmarts. Food usually has a fast approaching buy by date. Good for weekly groceries that will be used soon or toiletries needed in a hurry, but if you're looking for variety on house hold items, clothing, gifts... You won't have many options.
Lines are too long and customer service is horrendous. Associates are not friendly and when brought up to managements attention, the manager makes you feel like you did something wrong. I just wanted to be listened to and have someone made aware of the situation. What might have been nothing to you meant everything to me. Very dissatisfied. Never again
Walmart LOVES & LIVES to make people stand in line longer than they spend timing shopping. This is what this location is about. Boggles my mind. Highly unacceptable. Lines out the door on a daily and weekly basis. Have more people working the cash registers.
This Walmart , hmmm!!! cashiers lack good altitude towards customers. I had a bad customer experience with a cashier at electronic register. Kyle the casheir is a bad cashier and bad face for the business. He needs to go back and get his training. Walmart motive/goals is taking good care of the customer is their priority.
