This is a beautiful garden center. Staff and Coach does an excellent job at keeping it clean watered.
Bought some organic tomatoes here at Walmart and the second day I cut them to use them I swear I wanted to vomit. Not a lot of variety at this location.
Love this walmart and I go at least twice a week and spend around $500 each time.. always using self checkout. They should really replace the older white lady at the self checkout as she has a nasty attitude and gives paying customers dirty looks. It isn't racial as I am also white... she is nasty to everyone.. as a business owner it really irks me when customer service employees lack customer service skills... No other complaints about this store... I prefer it to the Ellenwood location.
Love my favorite store ! Customers are a little entertaining at times. I hope they never close. Everything I need for the outdoors , fishing , hunting , etc. Great customer service everytime I visit . Self checkout is a extremely busy. I miss all those cashier's.
Lil remodel going in place still up to my standards got what i was loading for
They had one of the doors home/pharmacy locked but it wasn't clearly indicated when I parked so I had to walk all the way to the other side to get in. Later when it was time for me to exit, the cashier said that I couldn't use them to leave either. She said they lock that side every night at 8:30p. Seems like a fire hazard to me. and what if the items you came to purchase is not groceries as in my case. I visited around 10p. There were maybe 20 carts lined up in the front of the store with items waiting to go back to their designated location. some of the items were refrigerated or freezer items like chicken, steak strips for fajitas, cheese. The stuff wasn't even cold. One cart had some hash brown patties in it no longer frozen. To think they were WAITING to put the items up, not a good idea/practice. That meat and unthawed frozen stuff should be tossed.
This location lines have been moving faster lately because of the new machines and I appreciate that. But if you need something behind the glass or in a case.. don’t hold your breathe… because there will be a funeral
If you need to grab something behind a glass cage, you're better off going to another location, you'll be waiting for the person that has the keys to get paged and then they just never show up. No issue with the regular associates, but these folks with the keys to the display cages are basically nowhere to be found. Asked 5 people for help and they all went to go find or page the person with the keys and no one ever showed up. This is not the first time it happens, it's been going on for a while. Other locations seem to get you help way quicker so whoever the folks are with the keys get it together man.
I arrived on a Saturday afternoon and it was already very busy. I was very pleased with a young lady who assisted me by the name of Laurisel in Pickup orders. She assisted me as soon as i arrived with a great smile and a very enthusiastic personality. She also went the extra mile and helped me organize groceries in my trunk. She deserves a raise!!! Thank you for making a difference in my day! God bless you!
The store is looking great however I was having a medical emergency my blood sugar had dropped to the point I was dripping in sweat and was about to pass out. I managed to get to McDonald's inside the store and sit down by now I'm almost unable to speak and hold my head up. Randall and another walmart associate helped me. I asked them to buy ne food with my debit card and they did. The young man Randall gave me his food out his bag and waited until mine was ready. This was an amazing act of kindness I'm new to being a diabetic and had they not helped me there's no telling how it could've ended. I'm so grateful for these two angels God sent me .
