Really love this store. It's employees exceed all expected actions and truly go out of their way to help me without making me feel embarrassed, due to the fact that I have a brain injury and sometimes have difficulty remembering how to work the self checkout or how to use different platforms on my Walmart plus app. They have never treated me like I was a bother even when I am sure there have been several times they needed to be doing something else, I am beyond grateful for the excellent service and patience I receive from them, which these days our younger generation seems to be lacking in that department, I'm fairly sure that this store has went out and located the last of the respectful younger adults and I am very happy that they did.
I think this store has a lot of potential and the staff are very nice. I admit that I do feel bad for them though." The neighborhood is not safe, they have to lock their shopping bags up now because people come in and steal those too! I mean everything has to be locked up, how sad! Their trying to make a living and everyday they go to work, they have to babysit thieves." They don't deserve that! I give this rating not for the staff their awesome! The store is very clean. I just don't like the neighborhood. Honestly they are not Law enforcement! They don't get paid nearly enough to be making sure that people don't steal. My is off to you guys! Absolutely the worst of the Walmart stores. All of the self check out stands are debit/credit only. They have 1 line where you can pay cash with a cashier and line is always out the door. The pharmacy is terrible. Three people working and yet it takes 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge that you're standing there. The pharmacy line recordings are incorrect and you can't get a live person on the line.
This place fn sucks how is it so sma but rum so poorly everytime I order a pickup order form this place its like pulling teeth to get my order. It would be easier to just come and shop it myself. I have never had any other problems at any other stores!
If I could give no stars I would!!! NEVER go to this Walmart!!!! We are from Wyoming and my husband is there in Colorado on business. I ordered for pick up and he sat in his car FOR 30 MINUTES and I had to call the store and started talking to a person on the pick up department. He did not say his name and when I told him my husband had had been waiting 25 minutes he said he would get his manager. I was put on hold for 8 minutes before I called back and when I selected customer service I asked for a manager. I was immediately hung up on!! I tried calling back and no one would answer the phone!!! DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS WALMART! My husband had to go into the store to get the order which completely defeats the purpose of doing pick up!! The employees are completely ignorant and unprofessional!!!! I will be calling corporate as well!!
Terrible customer service. We waited 10 mins for an employee to open the locked doors for an item, I asked one of the employees and she walked right past me. We went to self checkout, a group of the employees were just standing there doing absolutely nothing we left a one star rating for the visit and one of the employees followed us out and said we couldn’t shop there anymore.
The money services is never open. I thought it was suppose to bein open from 7-7 but you come and they say opens at 10 or it won't be open today. But yet you see many workers just walking around or 2 of them looking out for the self pay. Seems like it would be a one person job.
Rang up $300 of groceries only to have the card reader be old and not working left my stuff and walked out went to King Soopers amazingly my card worked fine
They are so dumb. I use the cash out but it doesn't say no cash out until you ring the order. And the servents just stand there smirking. They have elevated dumb.
This Walmart is very Unprofessional I came into this Walmart for something very simple no cash registers were open but all employees were standing around eating candy that they just open out of the store. my mom began to record and a worker called The police on my mom for recording and ask the police officer if she can record once the police officer redirected her she begin to tell a lie and say that we were stealing and then not only that we caught the same lady who try to accuse us of stealing dropping customers money on the floor and picking it up!!! I will never come back here they have A-LOT to improve
