It’s close by the hotel I’m currently staying at. Hours are good. Shelves are well stocked, produce looks like it’s a once a week on restocking. Most of the time you will be using self checkout. Only a couple times have I been here they had a person running a checkout lane.
After spending over 30 minutes shopping I went to self checkout only to find out they were only accepting cards, NO CASH. This would have been nice to know by someone, anyone making that announcement. None of the registers were open only self checkout. Every now and again, I would hear a male say a certain register was open for cards only. But Not once did he ever say, no cash accepted at all. All those employees standing around talking and laughing, but not one would pause their "fun" to actually be useful and say, "No cash today, only cards accepted." At the very least the employees should share with the rest of us who have become forced employees what is going on in the store we have to work at. My time is valuable and I did not enjoy wasting it looking for items on sparsely stocked shelves but to then wait for another 10 minutes at self checkout and not not able to purchase my items is beyond upsetting! Also please have the employees pick their pants up. I don't enjoy seeing underwear from the males and now some of the females. Where's their self respect? They are at work, not the streets!
I like the idea of Walmart but it cuts the legs from small business and exploits the monopoly... The veggies are rarely fresh and now meat prices are above average in most areas. Not to forget processed foods cause cancers! Shop smart buy fresh and local together we change this.
One of the better neighborhood markets in this area. Employees are still basically useless though and just stand around or leave boxes/carts out in the aisles making it difficult to move around. But lots of entertaining people shop here.. if you like people watching weirdos.
There right up the street from me. I've tried to return a few things. Like flour They say exchange for the same product if I made a mistake on what I had bought why would I want the same product. It's totally unreasonable. They refuse to refund me or get a store credit
Usually I'm I am pretty happy with my shopping experience at the store but shopping there today and the only thing they would accept was debit or credit cards because they were out of cash.
Beware if you do an online order they will steal money from you. They claim its due to weight. Hey if great value weighs their products why does wal mart have an issue with that and take money for weight difference. What do they do weigh 8ounces of cheese, find it might weigh 8.5 ounces then charge the customer more? Everything I bought was preweighed by the manufactor. Yet I'm still out $10 due to their fraud.
Only self checkout and card only employees are very rude and just standing around absolutely no signs saying no cash I asked an employee and she said who carries paper anyway you must be old
Clean and organized. Not busy at the time I visited, 0830 on a weekday.
1/31/23…I’m putting the date just so anyone who might check can find out who was working. Just saw another review from 3 months ago talking about a rude woman at the pharmacy who doesn’t like white people. I would have disregarded that any other time than right now. She is 100% correct, if it were a man that talked and looked at me the way she did we would have 100% been fighting. Pharmacist wasn’t rude but never seen someone so blah in my life. Piss poor service all the way around. DO BETTER!!!!
