Spent a good hour waiting to get a car radio out of the lock box. Spent the entire day splicing and soldering wires together and the radio worked great for almost a full minute. I don't have good luck with electronics, so I ended up throwing that radio in the garbage just now. That's pretty much the typical life cycle of Walmart products. If I had just taken out my wallet on my front stoop this morning and burned a crisp $100 dollar bill and downed a case of beer, I would have had a more productive day today. I guess we live and we learn. I figured out a work around. See my picture.

Good selection of goods. Usually kept pretty clean. They do have self check outs on both sides of the store which is really nice but they don’t take Apple Pay…. Yall should be warned. Also once the fire alarm went off while I was checking out like what?
Got double charged for an item. Then they told me the service desk is closed come back tomorrow. Tried to get help employee was rude. Update. I was trying to explain that I don’t live in NC, I live in IL and therefore wasn’t able to come back the following day. The employee just shouted something like the manager said to close customer service you cant talk to him. I made an attempt to call but 2 different people said they were putting me on hold then hung up. I filled out the survey and got a generic email response from the manager. I replied with a copy of the receipt and explanation of what happened. There was no response.
Never enough cashiers, always have to wait. And it don't matter if you go through full service or self checkout. They don't mind taking your money but, never good service. The faster you get people out of the store the faster they will want to return.
There are never any checkouts open, you have to go through self check out 90% of the time and the lines are awful. Even scan as you go takes extra time but it’s the only way to do it anymore. Too hard to find enough staff to work in this location, apart from the elderly, which seems really unfair. My cashier was in her 80’s & very good. She said it kept her brain working and she got to meet people - but lifting heavy stuff all day has to take a toll & working in a place where there’s never enough help. Thanks due to the dedicated staff that do show up.
Lots of items not priced and shelf sticker price not accurate. Lots of surprises at self checkout. Poor clothing selection. Too many restocking staff just in the way. Random receipt check at exit is just weird and not necessary or effective. Drug deals going down in parking lot.
Terrible service, called the electronics department and after about three minutes was answered by the fitting-room attendant. The attendant proceeds to tell me electronics department will not answer my call. When asked why she said "They never do." I asked to speak with someone else and was told to "just come in and look in electronics". I live 35 minutes away I'm not going to drive there to find out they didn't have what I need. Ended up going to bestbuy after they answered my call. Do better Walmart.
I reviewed this location 2 mos ago about the store not stocking a lot of items and how much the prices have gone up... but this self check out is a total crock! I had a dollar that the register wouldn't take and when I asked Kathia, the clerk in the area, to exchange it she just looked at me and walked off. Clearly MY problem that my money wasn't good enough. What happened to actual customer service. I have compared prices with Food Lion and think I'll start shopping there. I only shop there for meat and produce anyway. They act like they appreciate my business.
Just witnessed an Indian lady degrading a young black girl at the register. I’ve never in my life experienced nothing like this. I felt incredibly sorry for the girl because she looked like she wanted to cry. Do better Walmart. Reprimand your associates in private! I will not be returning to this Walmart ever in life. -XZavius
