Had a very large curbside order. Jennifer helped us load ALL THE STUFF! She was fun to talk to and wouldn't accept our tip. Y'all should hang on to her!!! She is a star!
Horrible, methy, trashy Walmart. They never have lanes open but workers are constantly walking around. Save yourself the headache and go a few miles down and go to 40HWY Walmart. This one is dirty and the pple that work there are lazy and do not like to do their jobs. I had to edit my post.. 4/5 stars?!?!?!? That’s comical, somebody from corporate go there on a Saturday and tell me it’s 4/5 stars.. must be paid/fake reviews.
Delivered service is very pathetic. Driver got lost so then he returned all our stuff to store and have yet to get items and it’s a the next day. Don’t send us text messages saying they will arrive with items and then they don’t show because they are lost. They can call or text us
We all know the customer service at Walmart is terrible to non existent, the long lines, self checkout, etc...Now they treat you like a thief that can't be trusted by locking up all their shaving accessories. Ridiculous. I am done here.
My experience was wonderful I had no problem finding everything that I needed checkout line with was a little slow but dealing with everything that everyone had the weight wasn't too long
I used self checkout at the store and apparently left my debit card in the machine duh.Went another store got stuff to realize no debit card.Went back to walmart figured it was gone thank God a lady named Amy seen it and put it up for us thank God.Shes great however as far as the pharmacy goes hate em
They really need to open up more self checkout lanes, or hire more people. The lines here are getting ridiculous. The check out lady, Mrs. Rose was a sweetheart though!
Clearly they don't care about Customers at all, or practicing cleanliness, and if you call, you'll never get them to pick up. On the rare occasion they do answer, to either get hung up on or or on hold till you hang up cause they won't answer again.
Walmart needs to pay for round the clock security in parking lot especially at night. Vagrants steal the shopping carts and take them down to 42nd and Northern and leave them . Also need to hire better quality employees and keep this store up nicer. They force you to self checkout - not everyone wants to do self checkout! An executive of Wal Mart needs to do a surprise inspection of this store.
Unless you're OK with waiting 45 minutes just to get your products checked out and paid for, avoid this store completely. A lime of customers standing at registers with no help as 6-7 employees hang out behind customer service chatting. Useless staff.
