I shop at Neighborhood Walmart Literally every day since I shop day to day... Some people Need much needed improvement on there Customer Service Skills like Joyce is her name .. But I don't let her rude ways ruin my experience at that location.. For Marisela who Works up front.. Not only does she never bring her personal problems to work like some do.. She treats us customers Great with a smile every day and talks to her fellow Employees as she would want to be treated.. Marisela your hard work has been noticed. Great Job!!! As well as The Cart Boy outside who is always working his behind off and makes sure we have carts to shop with even in these Bad Hot Weather Humidity Days .. Donald Keep up hard work.. I hope the next time I see these two I hear that Walmart has reward them for there hard work. I can't stress enough on how important it is to come to work happy for us customers sake. Leave issues at home. If u can't handle it then get a job where you don't deal with customers.. We pay u I think they forget. Sincerely Ronnie... 5 Star
If you want to work in an environment where they support being harassed, belittled, mistreated, unwanted touching by old married men with no money or sense of reality then this is the job for you! & dont worry about having strong work ethic they prefer employees who stand around and do nothing. Oh yeah & theres rats we were throwing away chewed through product daily!
Staff is super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, since they move everything around in the store, it's not as well stocked, but I can usually find most of what I need. It's getting better
Store is extremely judgmental ogp is never on time and I also was accused of stealing a ipad from a vendor after I repeatedly told him to check the back room where he might of left it and not once did the store manger nor vendor apologize for falsely accusing me ipad was found safe
Thursday evening after work is the worst time to shop here. Between the stockers, stockers carts and the order pickers for online shpppers, it is so difficult to maneuver this store and get in and out. Every aisle was blocked by an employee or two. Should consider stocking at night.
HORRIBLE customer service I do not recommend shopping here! The employees and management are the worst, they should either hire new people or shut down this place. I rather spend the extra miles in going to a different Walmart then coming to this one.
Not as much as big Walmart, but great for fast in and outs!
Arrived 9pm. They close at 11pm. Spent 20 minutes shopping and went to check out. THERE WE NO REGISTERS OPEN TO CHECK ME OUT. One employee standing beyond registers on her phone. She stopped texting to tell me that she was alone there and NO registers were open. Plenty of employees restocking the shelves, but no one to check you out. I left my full basket and walked out. I will never go back!
The goto spot for a fast in and out snack run on Sundays before the game. This location has lots of parking. It can be pretty busy on those late last minute holiday runs. On average, there are about 2 cashiers during peak times. Most people use the self checkout. The pharmacy is a big plus at this location.
I asked about a price that was clearly labeled on an item that rung up more than I expected, I was returned with "What store do you think you're at? ****** has always been this price?" I was calm and simply asking if it was rung up correctly. I then heard this same woman, the manager, walking away and talking rudely about me to anyone that would listen. I said a total of 10 words to the manager who apparently just needed someone to be mad at that day. Label or items correctly or be kind when someone asked for clarification.
