Went to shop for a couple of things horrible quality of food every where! A lot of employees just talking please get this store fix is not even healthy
The Hispanic lady in customer service is absolutely lazy & rude! This happened yesterday, 6/02/2023 at around 6:30 PM.. I was there yesterday with my husband & we just wanted to exchange our change for dollar bills which we did in their machine & obviously it gave us a ticket to give to customer service. When we got there, it took awhile for the lady to come to the customer service booth just for her to tell us to give it a working cashier WITHOUT any reasonable explanation as to why. While we were waiting in the line of cashiers, let me tell you, that most of the assisted checkout lanes were obviously taken up by people that had a BUNCH of stuff in their carts! The lane we went to, the customer in front of us, took SOO long because of the amount of stuff that she had in her cart, & we were waiting there for such a long time already. The customer service lady who had told us to go to the cashier, after the customer is literally ALMOST DONE with her purchase, she had the absolute NERVE to tell us, "Oh, you can go to customer service & get your cash exchange now." My husband & I were so upset that she made us go thru all that, he had told her straight up that she SHOULD'VE told us from the very beginning that the system wasn't letting her. First & foremost, If you are working in a retail environment, it is your duty to advise customers the reasons as to why you couldn't help them. She was absolutely rude & unhelpful for no legitimate reason whatsoever! If you cannot perform your job duties right, then sorry to say you shouldn't even be working in a retail job to begin with!!! It's called being considerate in letting the clients know BEFOREHAND instead of lolly gagging, wasting people's time in doing the stupid move that she had did to us. Honestly Wal-Mart employees are literally one of the worst! I rather take my business elsewhere than to deal with rude, lazy & incompetent people that literally have no life left in them. ‍ Wal-Mart management needs to check on this lady & see whats up with her work ethics because honestly it's absolute trash!
Always liked to come to this store but now they have a night time manager or "manager want to be" that needs to improve her customer service skills... 1st day checking if I paid for a pack of adult diapers when it was the first thing I scanned and 2nd day next day came to eschanged the same pack of diapers and she closed the line when she saw us coming and told us with the same nasty attitud from the day before that the line was closed 9pm exactly. ..either she gets a new husband or wife OR she change line of work, lady with eye glases higjlighted hair.. Please send her somewhere else.
This location has went down the drain in the past few years. The sign says closes at 11pm but as I was walking up to the door at 10:54pm on 04/09/23 the security guard locked the door and refused to unlock the door for me to enter. I am sure Walmart policy is to lock the door at exactly 11pm. Something has to be done about this!!!
I like to shop here because they have self checkout and it's organized no line no waiting

It's ok if you like neighborhood convenience stores. Cashier was very nice friendly.
Today I visited my Neighborhood Wal-Mart at approximately 4:15 p.m. and as I entered the store front only to discover that there were only 2 broken, immobile shopping carts in the shopping cart area. So my request to Store Manager or the Owner of Wal-Marts is that this store needs more shopping carts or to get staff member to check the parking lot and get them back to their designated area. You can't come to shop and not have shopping carts available for use! What an inconvenience it was for me and many other shoppers who had this horrible experience. The clerk standing at the entrance was not helpful at all. She only stood on her post while several customers attempted to move the 2 immobile carts that sat their aa if they were available for use. One would have never experienced this deplorable type of customer service at your Pines location, or your Aventura location, nor your Stirling location. As I stood taking my pictures, several shoppers so disgusted that those 2 broken trolleys were the only carts available for your shoppers. I expect better from your Brand. Not once did I see a staff member out in the parking lot. Trying to resolve this issue. Maybe, I'll have to take my business to Target or Fresco y Mas. See photos attached.
this places is full of employees that have worked there for too long and think they own the walmart with terrible attitudes and dont even work. they treat you without respect, ive seen better service at mcdonalds i wouldnt shop here for a gallon of milk or carton of eggs. especially the management. all the staff are above 350LBs and do not follow policy or customer service procedures. i would like the corporate office to give me a call so i can give a detailed interview.
I felt uncomfortable and was verbally assaulted at this walmart by employees and staff that has been there for years i wouldnt come here for anything as simple as a jug of milk, rocina a manager at this location Deserves to be relocated or fired she does not have what it takes to deal with customers and cannot be polite and cordial. Simply unethical.
