A visit to this Walmart can be pleasant if you come in the morning. There are pretty much no lineups. However afternoon and onwards can leave you waiting in line for over an hour and sometimes even more! The checkout cashiers are quite slow, and sometimes the line is so long that only when you wait and pull up to the cash - you realize it's 20 items or less, so be careful. Also make sure if you have a case of water - they actually scan it when you tell them, otherwise the receipt checking staff at the entrance will make you go back to the long line! The store is generally well stocked, somewhat clean with ok prices.
Walmart as a whole has to do better especially the one in nmb, FL. I entered the store around 8:00 pm to purchase a shower curtain rod. Im not sure if it's normal protocol to restock 3 hours before closing by pulling out the entire inventory and completely blocking all access to the bath section. I try my best to avoid walmart and today reminded me why. Target would never!!!!
2 hours to check out...not enough employees and a poorly managed store. Also, much of the common items were not on shelves. Many bare shelves that were difficult to manage due to the main areas being blocked by pallets of stuff. Just chaos...
It’s 9:30 pm Saturday June 4, 2022 In spite of not that many shoppers walking around there is A HUGE line all the way to the BACK WALL of the store. If it was rush hour like 5 pm I could understand. But this late and with not that many shoppers, the workers here are not very efficient. Whoever is managing this store seriously does not know what they are doing. Only A small percentage of the many cashiers are being used. It should not be a 90 min wait in line at this time. Horrible experience
Lines are insane all day long, half of the cash register or ore are always close. If you do pick up you will have a terrible day? No car spots available, the take about 30 min to bring your order to the car and probably you will have to go inside the store to get someone to help you and you will find 10 more people waiting … They say you can pick up until 10pm, you do your check in at 9:40 and you will be waiting for 30 min and there are gone no order for you. Walmart you should go and ask TARGET advice about thick up process so you can make it better
This Walmart has to have the worst customer service. After waiting 20 minutes in the customer service line to do an exchange, I watched the disorganized and unconcerned associates laugh, play, and scratch their hair. When I get to the counter, I was told they dont do exchanges and I could not purchase the few items that were in my cart. There is no sign stating this and definitely not a corporate policy. They need training on how to conduct business and how to talk to people. The lines here were unnecessarily long. Skip this Walmart!
the nasty attitude of the associates makes me want to never ever return to this place. I do not recommend this place.
I enjoy going to Walmart. The prices are good, there is a variety of items and the facility is big enough to get lost the first time you go haha
Worst experience I've ever encountered. No available carts. There were 4 but wheels wouldn't work. Lines 15-20 people deep. It took 30+mins to check out. There was zero sense of urgency to get customers on their way. I am a manager for The Home Depot & I can honestly say that I'm proud of my store. It's too bad not everyone cares about excellent customer service. In addition there were several items I came in looking for that were out of stock.
There are always huge lines in this Walmart no matter what day or time. What’s going on ? Not enough workers for Walmart or the whole Miami area shopping in one Walmart ?
