When Sam Walton opened the doors to the first Walmart in 1962, his goal was to save people money so they can live better. Sam was a firm believer in listening to what his customers had to say. That tradition continues today. But now, it doesn’t have to end when you leave the store. Through Facebook, we’re able to talk to you, find out what’s on your mind and let you know what we’re up to. It’s just another way we’re working to give the millions of families who shop at Walmart more of what they love—ways to save money and live better.

The five stars is for GLORIA R. I’m giving is for Gloria R. drove around looking for my car are I searched for 30 minutes or so. She has no idea how grateful I am that she found it because I was starting to get really tired and my knee was starting to hurt and I’m glad she came through for me!!! And out of everybody that works at this lady is the only one that has made an effort for me just me as a Walmart customer she made a very good effort and Walmart I appreciate her more than anything. God bless her and I hope somebody can repay the kindness back to her.
How does anyone expect to have privacy? Walls are using the restroom when they won’t fix a latch that I asked him that needed repaired over a week ago.!!!! my legs are too short to hold the door closed so this needs to be fixed ASAP!!!!!
Lots of stuff, chances they have what your looking for our pretty high! With that being said good luck finding parking. And the self checkout theme they’ve come up with is lacking the conversations I used to live with the checker! I don’t know just something about having a good ole vibe ration with a warm face! Really miss that.
A very Professional place of medicine. The staff is very Professional , polite , and caring for all. The Dr Mavis is very Professional and caring for her patients. She is our Primary care Dr. Me and my Wife both see her. She is AWESOMELY wise in Medicine. She knows her Practice extremely well. We Love Y'ALL'S.
If you have a gift card, you will spend 20 minutes for the cashier or self checkout to figure out how to charge the card. Then you will eventually checkout at customer service. Not the ripping on the workers there. They were helpful. I'm calling out the business. Give your employees the resources to succeed.
On October 1st we made the mistake of going to wm to get my husband a new TV and a few groceries. When we got back to electronics, we realize that the TV he won it was not on the floor. the kid working in electronics said that he could not get the TV by himself and his coworker would be back to help him in about 20 minutes. after about an hour we watch this kid get a car to take it to the back get the TV and bring it out. Well, we did not see was anyone helping him. During our wait my husband call customer service to find out if there was anyone else in the store that can help this kid. my husband was hung up on twice. I called and was hung up on. When I called back, I was on hold for over 15 minutes. after about 10 minutes I had walked up to customer service to ask if anyone can help this kid. and find out why we were hung up on. I never did get an answer. Just an apology. which is great, but that doesn't give me back the time I wasted in your store.. It doesn't fix the frozen foods that are melting in my cart. After we checked out the door, greeter checked our ticket on the way out the door.. Then we were told that we could not take the TV. After about five minutes, the woman changed her mind and we were allowed to leave with our TV. We were told that day that the store manager was on vacation I would not be back until the end of the week. when we got home my husband called home office. The person at home office promised us that the store manager would be calling us back within 24 to 48 hours. Today is October 27. We still have not received a call. Walmart has worn out The concept of convenience. nothing that happened in your store that day was convenient for us.. We are closer to market Street target and H-E-B . From now on, we will be doing your shopping there.
They don't price match with their own items online. Even when it's sold, shipped and fulfilled by Walmart, they refuse to price match in the store. Bought my son a shoes 3 days ago, tried to exchange for a bigger size, they no longer do returns. The shoes was still on the tag and little hanger that the store uses. They refunded instead. Kind of ridiculous and inconvenient for a big store like Walmart.
Employees were rude, couldn't find what I was looking for and when I asked an employee she go check all the isles you probably just walked past it. Store is not as clean as it needs to be and when do self check out and something pops up and you need assistance it takes to long.
I've been a self check out "employee" for years at this store . Anyway, Wal-Mart has stepped up their clothing game. Nice selection of attire for the entire family.
Wal mart has really come up in the world, especially in Odessa. It’s clean, organized, fully stocked, better brands, quality and selections. Self checkout, scan and go checkout, tap pay!
