This has been the worst experience after surgery... they gave me the third degree about what type of surgery I had. I didn't think they are allowed to ask you personal questions.. like if I'm bringing in a prescription and I been coming here why the hassle.. some people really do take they medication and not do other things with it. The ones who do has to suffer
Their system is broken. I don't know who is failing to communicate, but trying to get my prescription from them has been like pulling teeth. I received calls telling me it was ready for pickup, only to show up to pharmacists who seemed to have no idea what I was talking about. After the third or fourth time this happened, I told one of the pharmacists that I received a voicemail telling me my prescription was available. She replied, "Um...well, we don't, um...send those." This past week, they never notified me when it was available, and when my fiance went to pick up for me while in the area, guess what - pickup time expired. Their only saving grace is one employee with dreads and a gold chain who was always super polite. I can't give any more chances at this point. Using CVS now.
Doesn't car about your concerns and bills you consistently without doing any work. Was in his office 10 min and was done and billed Handled my possible covid situation with recklessness. Kept trying to send me for a low fever......I got more help from a local urgent care that my PCP....
They give u a time frame to pickup your medication when you get there the medications are not ready. They are moving slow so you are waiting more hours then you was told. medication is also never there they have to order it. One lady does not belong there she is a nervous reck can’t handle customers that are sick. Dark skin chubby girl, she is new there. She does not even smile. The ladies are telling the pharmacist how to run this place.
Poor customer service, when I call I get nothing but straight bland voices, the Jamaican or African pharmacist is straight rude and will hang up in your face. I have never been so uncomfortable when picking up medicine. I got my meds switched over and I will never return here.
AVA! AVA! AVA! IM A REAL CUSTOMER!! I should have written this along time ago. A day after valentines day I was trying to find some lady gaga oreo cookies. there was none in the store. but Ava somehow found the last one for me. She works really hard to find it. She didnt stop looking until she found one for me. WALMART NEED MORE WORKERS LIKE THIS YOUNG LADY. Without her i would have written a negative review. since I normally have a negative experience at this location.
They make sure that your order is ready a contact you by phone or text to do a great job of making sure your medication is received at the right time and they are a kind staff and crew

I find the staff, very knowledgeable, and polite at all times!
