I needed a certain Med that my other pharmacy never has and always has to order and even when I place the refill two days early they never have them on time! So I called here and they always carry what I need and it was an easy transition! So thankful to have a pharmacy in the area that can get things when you need them!! Not to mention they were very friendly about the entire thing including having to transfer my prescription!
The designers for the pharmacy listen up, lots of people need a place to sit when waiting on meds, a couple seats is not enough especially when they want you to line up like children which is demeaning, usually only two people waite on customers, ridiculous, sending people to another pharmacy.
They told me 30 minutes. So I went out to eat with friends and family then by red box, I was gone over a hour. Then came back for them to tell me they still weren’t done. I stood there waiting another 20 minutes. The old gentleman in front of me told the pharmacist he only pays 10$ every month she was trying to charge him 40$ he left his medicine on the counter n walked off. Poor lad .
my only complaint is that my meds cost a different amount every time.. if I pay cash one of my meds is $1.15, however if I use my insurance card.. that same med costs me $4.00. now my insurance clearly states that if the med is less than $10, I pay the full cost.. so not sure why it's sometimes $1.15, sometimes $1.75 and sometimes $4.00... it's the same with my other meds.. however, I will say, if you don't have insurance, GOODRX is amazing.. took my 39.00 med down to $7.85.
Slow, not very good communication skills. Don't give them permission to text you. They drive you crazy trying to push sale you. AND THEY LIE TO YOUR FACE! I go there only to save driving to another city.
I usually call my meds in and it's ready the next day no problem. Only thing I don't like is if I get a prescription at the doctor and need it right away it take so long to get.
The pharmacists here does a great job if they know that they can get you a better price than your insurance they will let you know
Service has aways been good to me
This place is soooo slow, it's just ridiculous. All these elderly people who can hardly stand or walk, and they are all having to wait in line here, I think they should be ashamed of how long they make these poor people stand and wait!
