This has to be the *worst* Walmart of all time. Restock happens apparently once a month for retail goods, prices are rising, absolutely nobody on the floor, 1 cashier open with a line of people stretching the entire store, the whole self checkout is packed and staffed by 1 person who has absolutely *no* idea what is going on, and nobody can find the store manager. I can't even ask an employee for help because I CAN'T FIND ONE. I get that the Waltons don't really care about its customers, but holy hell I have never seen such a disgrace of a store. Whoever manages this place should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. I can't even get the store manager on the phone, I've been on hold for nearly an hour now. This store is absolute trash.
Pretty nice Walmart. I thought it was a super center, but it’s not. It still does the job and they have a majority of items one would look for. The store was pretty tidy and in order. I will definitely return, especially since it’s only 1 mile from my home.
The checkout boy was lost and he scanned a bag twice and when I told him that it is already scanned he just ignored. After the receipt was printed out I showed him the receipt and ask him to correct. Answer was customer service. He was not able to help me. when I started explaining the situation to a lady in self-checkout she told me that my voice is loud but her voice was loud and she told I need to come back for 98 cent. As I started explaining her that I do not want to spend 5 dollars gas and come back for 98 cent. She was not polite and asking me to be polite. Another lady came from customer service and started screaming at me as I was tell my story what happened. She lied to her manager that she did not screamed. Manager was nice and she was able to help me. I hope they will watch the camera recording to see how bad was customer service.
I love this location, it is clean and staff are very helpful. Sadly, out of items we needed but I think everyone is experiencing some shortages.
Walmart corporate listen up and change your policy or put up signs. What a screwed up place they only have one register working long line and I just spent over $325 in their store and the cashier stole my case of beer and said sorry we can't sell alcohol after 10:00 p.m. I had been in the store for over an hour and a half shopping and more than 20 minutes in line couldn't buy my beer over 10 minutes nowhere inside or outside of the store could they show me a sign only their verbal policy since 1994 apparently they are not allowed to put up signs unless corporate gives them signs saying no alcohol sales after 10:00 p.m. yet they let two homeless guys walk out of the store with bags full of food and beer and whatever else they stole but the honest people who don't even live in the area like me can't get a beer. Fix your policy Walmart you're too big for your own good you forced out all the smaller stores in the area then you treat us like children!!
Gross, disorganized, and not well signed. Got a lot of stuff but hard to find what you are looking for! We searched forever for simple "personal care" things no sign for that and finally found everything except for q tips and just cut our losses. I don't like superstores like this in the first place, but one of the worst Walmarts I've ever shopped at.
A typical Walmart. I came here in a pinch looking for an item at a discounted price. They no longer have hand baskets, not sure why. I don't want to push around a cart. The item I wanted seemed to be not much cheaper at Target... so I didn't get it. I ended up with only a bag of licorice... and that took 20 minutes to check out because of long lines and very slow but sweet cashiers. Definitely not a great shopping experience.
2nd time I scheduled an appointment for changing my tires and now it’s the 2nd time I show up early with no one else being serviced but after 45 minutes my vehicle still isn’t being worked on. The manager informed me as soon as I showed up for my APPOINTMENT, she sent the only? employee on break. Talk about courtesy. Utter incompetence, really. Try another Walmart Auto center. This place is horrendous.
This is one of the better LARGE Walmart's. Great selection of everything. GREAT Bakery selection. Lots of self check-outs.
Walmart Auto center staff was rude and gave confusing directions all for them to tell me they couldn’t fix my car due to construction. I wish they had started with that instead of having me walk back and forth to the parking lot 3 times to get my tire style because they have no system to look it up based on car make and model. I’ve been going to Walmart for years for car service but this site was pretty bad
