I will always be a Walmart shopper but mama I sure do miss not having to check myself out or guess which self check out accepts cash or card. The prices are not lower than a lot of places. They have completely stopped layaway, even at Christmas, which was a big selling point for them. So basically the only reason I even shop in here at all is the convenience of being right in front of my apartment complex and the nostalgia as woo as their employees are often very nice and you are guaranteed to see at least two of the ordinary things/people during your Walmart run.
Ground Chuck is NOT supposed to be BROWN in the pack!! I had rather pay more at another store & know it’s FRESH! Very disappointed in the PRATTVILLE location. No way I would recommend this place..
It's Walmart, what can you say? Pros: - next to other good stores in the same complex - decent produce section Cons: - bakery employees always unavailable at counter - always out of popcorn chicken - parking is a nightmare, pick up takes forever; there are now 35 pick up spots and usually it's almost full when I come - 90% of the time I want to try on clothing, no one is there to let you in dressing rooms - prices online are different than in store and they don't price match their own website ‍‍
The Walmart superstore is pretty well standard as all other supermarkets around the country. For the most part if you’ve seen one you’ve seen them all. The only difference is the size of the store and the amount of products available to purchase.
It's ok as far as product selection. But the people that come thru that door also like every other Walmart there's always one negative Nancy that works there.
Staff is usually very helpful here. They are always very kind. They also always have what I am looking for here. So many bad reviews on here! I don’t see why. I think it’s a very good Walmart. Overall, very nice!
Clean and well stocked. It used to be that restocking shelves was a priority over customers. Now we have to contend with Wal-Mart employees being private shoppers as well. Some of those employees are really rude.
Just about All of workers pick on me. I know how to look for sales. There are a very few workers that are very nice people. Store's like Target @ Publix Grocery store hirer people that they check there background. Most of the security guards are very nice people. Please check your camera. They look at wrong people for stealing.
I really appreciate the friendly staff at the self check out that helps you find a register open! They stand by where the patrons would enter and help direct them as they pleasantly greet everyone, the Montgomery, one should definitely take a lesson from this group! Overall the staff seemed friendly all throughout the aisles as well.
Walmart is taking advantage of people these days. Charging more for the same things than your small grocery stores. I advise you pay attention to the prices at Walmart vs. local grocery store. What Walmart is doing is beyond inflation now, it's outright price gouging!
