For Walmart it's well stocked. Staff are helpful even if one or two are grumpy old women that can't hear and get put off by having to engage with a customer they can't hear. Lol all in all though we are all human... it was good. Items I wanted were out of stock. I can't see why a huge chain can't keep inventory or tell you when a shipment is coming. I found most of what I wanted. Safe. Clean. Good. Always abundant parking.
Over night Coah Aven is one of the rudest managers I have ever seen she has no respect for her elders. I understand that she a manager but it still doesnt give her the right to come up to the door hosts and yell at the employees and tell them their doing their job horribly. Im pretty sure that the door hosts gets yelled at because they ask customers to show receipts they probably have a rough days itsnot easy to be a door host . It might seem easy but its not for sure. I have seen her so many times be rude to costumers as well. Now that I saw how she talks to employees I had to speak up about it. As a costumer I would like to get respected and I’m pretty sure the employees as well would like to get the same respect. I am hoping that someone in upper management will do something about it. Because this is unacceptable . Someone should teach her how to be nice to people seems like she is a heartless person.
Super Center Auto Center was fabulous. The technicians anyway. Service Advisor not so much. Techs took my car threw on 4 tires in 45 minutes cashed me out even. The crew was very nice. Advisor not so much.
Went to Walmart at 6:30 in the morning hardly anyone there besides the workers. Moved around the grocery section easily and shelves were stalked. The workers I did interact with were very friendly. All employees were working very hard at keeping items stalked. Also, you get to check out the fantastic view of the mountain on nice days at this location!
This is my favorite Walmart, but today I have bought couple bags of potatoes that with too many bad ones in them. As well the cucumbers were not good. Besides all this I like it, it is well organized, it is good for quick shopping. And the personnel is pleasant.
Bonnie in your electronic section is utterly exceptional. Wal-Mart is very lucky to have an associate like her. Friendly, attentive, informative. She created an unexpected and completely sublime shopping experience 15 minutes till closing. I was blown away, felt like I was on undercover boss, though I don't think a member of the C-suite could have done it any better. Wow, exceptional.
Hit button In liquor aisle and waited 10 minutes. No one came. Asked grocery clerk to call the liquor person and waited another 5 minutes. Nobody came. That same Walmart clerk admitted to buying her booze elsewhere because not enough employee with keys there. 5 customers plus me walked away. Associate at self check out was asked to page Sup. Sup didn’t come within 10 min. F them. I used to spend $1,000’s per year there… not anymore… plus racks are always empty. Issues been building up for months. Bye Walmart, hello Amazon.
Door person Alice rude and was asking me what I bought even though I gave here my receipt and had no Walmart plastic bags. The clothes section very messy and some areas had puddles but no wet signs. When I brought this to the managers in the clothes department as they were unpacking boxes the janitors handle that not us. The man and woman were rude. Their toy section was most okay near the bikes but the closer you got to electronics toys over the floor. Bathrooms messy and wet. Not enough cashier to help had maybe 10 things but only few cashier's were working.
My experience was tarnished when my daughter and I felt profiled by the color of our skin and pressured and harassed at check out to give a review. When a company provides the tools necessary to look at your customers transaction without the need to hoover over them or harass them maybe additional training in regards to proper customer service needs to be provided specifically if your employees are above an age bench. This is no longer a shopping center, it feels like a military base full of soldiers ready to take you down if they think you're doing something they characterize as suspicious or wrong, meaning against their rules that we have no idea about and they barely let you breathe while shopping either. Completely uncomfortable and makes shopping feel like a dreaded chore instead of a fun day out with your significant other. The world is over I'm guessing at this point, no fun, love, or laughter, just side eyes, bossiness, and hatred run these streets as of late, so sad.....
