Was given a window time of between 4-5pm to pick up my groceries. Get there it is not ready told there are hundreds of orders before mines. And to add insult to injury email right as I am speaking to the rep that my order is delayed. Waited 1.5 hrs for groceries. The only thing that was good about this negative experience was Joshua who brought out my groceries he was professional and sincere and pack everything so neatly. I appreciate Joshua efforts! We need more like him for sure.
Constantly finding items that I’ve paid for not substituted, or unavailable, not being given to me when doing car-side pickup, please pay attention when you’re shopping for items, and loading vehicles to make sure that you’re giving customers their items, this is absolutely unacceptable, and extremely frustrating. The only person here that seems to do a good job is Ellis. He’s friendly, quick, and efficient, seems to keep the other workers moving as well, I appreciate his hard work, it is because of him that I am giving 2 stars.
As also poor customer service. The personal shopper employees will sooner run you over then look at you. It's like a game of dodge the big black cart. I was a Walmart plus member until recently. I really liked the scan and go feature. Until I was forced to wait at the register for an employee who never showed to check my cart. I felt like I was being treated like a thief when I had done nothing wrong. When another employee came by and couldn't help me and asked if this was a new thing and if it would happen everytime or if I had done something wrong to trigger it. She said before it had been random but now it would be every time. I pay every month for the scan and go feature so I can scan and go. Not scan and be treated like a criminal. I canceled my membership.
They never fail to mess up my delivery orders and always give me some random substitutions. But they are always kind when I have to go in store to get it resolved or find whatever they left off my order. The layout of the store makes it easy to find what you're looking for. I usually avoid going into big stores hence why I usually opt for delivery and continue doing it even though there are always mistakes, but this one isn't too bad because of the nice employees.
Anthony was super when delivering my groceries this morning! Made small talk and asked about the school supplies. Awesome experience! 5 stars!
I could not for the life of me find Maraschino Cherries. I asked Jorge and he went out of his way to find them for me. Although he was busy stocking a shelf at the time, he didn't act like I was bothering him at all and was very friendly and helpful.
It's a Walmart so they probably have what you need but you're on your own at this location. Was looking for a short cat6 cable for my PC and when I asked the associate in electronics dept if they had any smaller sizes he said they only had what was on the shelf. He had no idea what I was looking for because I asked him if they had any short internet cables. Not anything smaller than the size on said shelf so in reality just another lazy employee. These guys wondering why they don't get raises or promotions and this is why.
I was buying a bike here and the amazing worker named Eric help me put it in my car at 10pm he was able to make it fit. This dude was super sweet and helped me out a lot! Eric is awesome!
The wizard that decided you can scan all your items, but can’t remove accidental scans without an associate present needs to re-evaluate the level of control vs inconvenience. You’re not preventing any theft and annoying your normal customers……. Seems like a lose lose to me.
They always mess up my online pick up orders, but when I got shopping inside everything is fine and I never had problems. Even had to return an item due to getting the wrong size, and even though I lost the receipt and the packaging they were able to give me a refund as long it was on the same card I bought it off of.
