The best customer experience I usually have is with the pharmacy. The pharmacist & most of the staff are so nice & polite & treat you with at most respect. Even at their busiest times you still get treated good, & with respect & they always get you taken care of in a timely manner.
It's a nice walmart for what it is, it's just very small and is missing a lot of things. It has no coolers, so there are no cold foods which was very strange in my opinion. The workers were nice. Anyway, the store was nice and it has a lot of things considering it's not a super center. Anyway, that's all! It was fairly stocked at well, so it had everything neatly put up.
This wasn't a Walmart Supercenter, which sucks because I went to pick up some groceries for snacks and dinners for this trip, and there wasn't really a grocery section... but that's on me for not researching it better before I went. The reason for the 3 stars is because cart after cart was defective until we settled for the worst of the bunch, a cart with a flat wheel, which drove me crazy the entire time. I asked a worker in the toys section where I could find goggles, and he pointed and said an aisle. He was correct, but I felt like I was bothering him... because when I said thank you, he turned away with no, "you're welcome" or anything. He didn't walk us there to find them. Not even a smile. Also, I found them in toys, as well, in the same aisle he was working in... just further down. One item I needed was Hydrogen peroxide. There was none on the shelf. I found the spot, and it was completely empty. Then, we found out in an island in the middle of an aisle... fully stocked. I was happy to have found it, but discouraged by the fact it took more effort and frustration when I thought they were sold out because there was none on the shelf. Finally, we get to the check out, and the lady at the register seemed bothered to be checking us out. She was super chatty with the lady before me, laughing and having a good time, but when I tried greeting her, she damn near ignored me. I tried to spark up conversation and asked about her day, and she answered as short as possible. Overall, unfriendly people and unstocked shelves... but it's fine. I wasn't there to make friends, and I found most of what I needed anyway.
Being petty with only 4 stars because they didn't have my favorite flavor cool aid "white water wave" in stock. I needed a toll from a locked case and the guy in the area didn't have a key so he called doe assistance over the intercom. He told me to go wait by the case and in less than 60 seconds help arrived he apologized for the wait 60 seconds is barely a wait and thanked me for my patience. His Keyes didn't work so he got on the walkie talkie and immediately had someone on the way. He thanked me several times for my patience and each time I thanked him for all the help. It maybe took all of 5 minutes from start to finish. Very friendly and helpful I wish I had gotten the young mans name for a shout out. He was working the sporting goods / tool area unlike any treatment I get from the location on Montgomery Cross Rd location. They hate the fact that other humans exist at that one. I hope the management sees this and can track him down and give him a pat on the back for a job well done. This was about 12:30- 1pm on June 30th. He was a black gentleman with longer hair about 5"10.
Rude staff. Rarely stocked. You can find anyone that stocks there at night hiding out in random aisles with their cell phones propped up on the shelf watching videos/movies/etc. There are a few that are very nice and helpful...like humans should be but they are few and far between.
It is a well kept department store but not really a food store. No fresh meats or produce are sold here. Check out was fast and friendly.
If a customer see something for a particular price it should be honored. They will not honor you. It was more then one item.
I had the rib plate. The ribs were good but everything else on the plate was not cooked completely. My husband had the brisket and pork plate and the meat was very dry. Overall the food was marginal and the price were very high. Our bill for the two meals and one drink each was almost $80
Some of the customer service team members go out there way to help you.last 2 weeks I didn't receive my email so I can pick up my money.The male team member did it manually with no problem the first letter is a P and then two other letters,the rest is numbers So today I came in and a female didn't want to or just unknowable of how to do certain things manually.05/18/23.Please in-service team members to do manually certain Walmart across from Savannah Mall
This has to be the worst walmart i have ever shopped at. Will never spend a dollar here. Customer servive was great but the bathrooms was the worst.
