Got this coffee creamer yesterday afternoon it was a pick up order too! Swollen enlarged bottle it was about to explode! I like this creamer too disappointed that this happen a refund would be just fine so can try n buy it again because it is very good but obviously the workers just let it sit out unrefrigerated. Not cool.

Disappointed in Walmart . Their customer service is lacking . You can never find anyone to help you. They're too cheap to supply grocery bags even though they're a billions of dollars company. They want you to check yourself out but don't trust you to walk out the door without being assaulted by their "greeters "

Wow this isn’t just a one star review for this store but the entire management staff.  I went into to return a USB C & A plug because the USB A port was defective not working. When I got in I was politely directed to customer service. At which point I witnessed the worst customer service ever. I was told I couldn’t return a product that was within the window because the computer said I couldn’t. So I was like that’s ridiculous can I get a manager to get this resolved.  Waited maybe 5-10 minutes no big deal. But while I was waiting another customer came up and had to wait too. I felt horrible being the choke point.  Then the manager comes up and I just explain I’m trying to do the right thing instead of a charge back on my card. That I would appreciate a refund instead. She looked at me with the deadest, cold eyes I’ve seen from a retail worker. Then she said “you didn’t have to go there I’m gonna do it for you”….. I honestly felt bad for her.  None the less it was a poor representation of customer service. A return that should have taken 2 minutes took 15. The treatment of customers is very unimportant to the store and Walmart as whole from my corporate help too.

I would give this store zero stars if I could. Employees are filthy. They shouldn't be around groceries. Their attitude there also need adjustment, big time!

The employees seem positive given the crushing weight of their financial status, being entrenched in a capitalist regime where the rich business owners are encouraged to mistreat and underpay workers because the system has put them on a pedestal from generational wealth that it impossible for lower classes to break out of when everything is designed to keep the poor poor since they aren’t in the position to ensure they aren’t abused by payday loans and extortionate rent. The floors could’ve been cleaner.

We purchased flowers for beautification. The sign said they were on clearance Upon reviewing the receipt, we did not get them at the clearance price.

I try to avoid Walmart as much as possible but in our small town, sometimes you have no choice. If it's not bad enough that you can never find anyone to help you if you need something unlocked or can't find an item, they practically strip search you as you leave to make sure the receipt matches the items in the cart. If that's not bad enough, several times they didn't even know what the jtem on the receipt was and had to ask a supervisor. Meanwhile no one else can exit the store because they haven't had the full cavity search yet. I understand wanting to limit theft but there has to be a better way. Or at least ask nicely to see my receipt. Demanding it from me like Im 5 isn't going to get me to dig it out of my purse very fast. And what happened to greeting people when they walk in? The angry face isn't very inviting.

Just a normal Walmart. Employee's are not welcoming thay don't help you find a products if asked they do not smile or greet customers. The store is very cleen and presentable in the daytime but at night they run out of product shelf's are empty and there is pallets all over the store blocking Access to isles and the associates block isles as there restocking and don't move or help if the customer needs help they act annoyed.

Nice clean store with really friendly staff.  Easy to get in and out parking lot.  Huge selection of anything and everything you could ever want or need.
