When Sam Walton opened the doors to the first Walmart in 1962, his goal was to save people money so they can live better. Sam was a firm believer in listening to what his customers had to say. That tradition continues today. But now, it doesn’t have to end when you leave the store. Through Facebook, we’re able to talk to you, find out what’s on your mind and let you know what we’re up to. It’s just another way we’re working to give the millions of families who shop at Walmart more of what they love—ways to save money and live better.

To explain the 1 star, I'll just say this: underwear and socks are locked behind glass and you need to get an ever elusive member of staff to open the case so you can buy these high demand undergarments.... Not a chance. This store is trash. Go to target instead.
I honestly had a very good experience. There's significantly more staff that I've seen. It's unfortunate that many things were locked up, but I understand and appreciate it. I'm annoyed with shopping on Walden and the stores are destroyed. Packages are open with stuff all over the place, stepped on, and literally destroyed. I appreciate what this location is doing to help us shop for we need without it being damaged. I'd definitely return to shop there for that reason.
I had a swift shopping experience at Walmart during my visit to Buffalo. The store was tidy and easy to navigate, allowing for a quick and efficient trip.
I recently visited Walmart in Cheektowaga and was pleasantly surprised by the extensive range of products on offer. Unlike the Walmart stores in Canada, this location had many additional options that I don't usually see back home. Additionally, the store was relatively uncrowded, making my shopping experience smoother and more enjoyable.
Stupidly, I forgot my reusable bags & figured that I'd have to just buy a few more to add to the massive collection building up at home... lol because the paper bags are garbage. Had to track them down; nearly impossible to find... Also, I guess bagging customers' groceries is no longer a part of the cashiers' job description... I'd understand if we were at the self checkout that's a given that is my own responsibility, but checking out at a regular register... I assumed I know that it was part of their job description... good to know, for any future visits.
This is not the closest Walmart in my neighborhood but I prefer this one. It is more organized than the one on southwestern. And certain items are behind lock and key because people rip the packaging open. I prefer the one on Walden and they do have help that comes and helps you with the locked up items.
Mobile orders are very popular. Stop saying things are in stock, when they are not! I'm tired of coming to the store to pickup my order and leave empty handed. And no email sent stating put of stock. The pickup spot is always filled with people who ARE NOT mobile pickup, leaving me to park somewhere random as employees try to find me. Inside the store is CONSTANTLY EMPTY. Get it together "Super Center."
Do store pick up weekly for household items and groceries. Prices are amazing and if you check into the app on time they bring out your items within 5 minutes of arriving usually, can’t beat that. Happy with the service
I went to Walmart on Walden last night and was mistreated so bad between the cashiers who spoke a different language between the two of them!!!! And the manager !!! I have no problem giving people jobs but we live in AMERICA which is the land of opportunity how sad to go Walmart and spend your money and be treated so bad !!!!!I will never shop there again ,AND I will tell everyone I know how your employees treated me believe me I know a lot of PEOPLE Debbie
Not much to complain about. Self checkout is easy. Workers sometimes don’t pay attention that you have assistance light on. Has everything I need.
