This Walmart was very crowded the checkout lines were very long. Then after waiting in checkout line went to customer service line for another long wait to get a money order only to be told the system was down, and they didn't know when they would be back up. They could have had someone tell the customers if they wanted money orders or money transfer that the system was down instead of having us wait all that time just to be told the system was down. They can do better.
This is My Store in Davie, FL 33314. Clean, organized, and frequently visited. If you find something you like, purchase it because things fly off the shelves. Use the helpful Walmart App to scan for prices, availability, and location. Staff is helpful and will direct you to where items can be found. Order Online and Pick-Up are efficient and courteous. Be sure to thank them for their efforts. Customer Service desk is sometimes busy, so please be patient. Plentiful Disabled Parking as well as Electric carts. Be kind and return to charging station after use.
I was waiting for my curbside preset 30 minute , I.call no one pick them I see a employee give they item a person come after and he just ignore me , please remind you staff is people don’t buy stuff they don’t have a job , training better contract more staff to bring a good customer services
This Wally is always good. Organized, clean and stocked. Some Wally's look like they are going out of business. There were Employees visible too. In this store Employees were well spoken. All Employees were helpful. Even the Spanish lady helping Me was trying hard to speak decent English. Great, I respect that. Yep, I liked this Wally's!
Incorrect pricing @ checkout! Item marked $9.97 on shelf, rang up as $11.97. Cashier & Cashier Supervisor both "argued" that it was $11.97 and insisted the item must have been in the wrong place on the shelf. I went back & took photo of the label on shelf. They continued to argue it was a different item and "their computer" was right. After another floor asst. checked price and item #, they agreed that the item purchased was the same as the $9.97 label on shelf and they would honor the price marked on the shelf. It took more than 25 minutes for them to resolve the problem and were extremely rude. The price difference was a total of $20 difference becase I purchased 10 of these items. Beware that your purchases ring up as the priced marked.
I'm truly impressed with Walmart's customer service. Today, I decided to buy a grill and struggled to place it on the cart. I purchased it and walked to my car. I was standing there, trying to figure out how I'm going to place it in my car. This gentleman saw me, and called my attention. Quickly rushed towards me and asked if I needed help. He saved me! This grill was X-Large and he helped me get it off the cart and slide it into my car without a problem. I wish I had some money to tip him. He was clearly working and stopped to help me and I am truly grateful!!! Thank you Rogers!!!
I put cash in the lotto machine and my last $5 would not work I just sent over $150 in groceries I was asking for help and not one single employee wanted to help change the $5 I asked four different employees I finally said call a supervisor maybe they can help and this lady near the produce section were yo check out Said here I change it for you but I really am not allowed….. people working there are not friendly or helpful at all I even went to the customer service NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL VERY DISAPPOINTED
This location is generally clean, orderly and organized. Bought an umbrella and Altoids. Check-out kiosk was easy to use, and the items were relatively easy to locate. Enjoyed walking through the store and seeing all of the different inventory and products on the aisles.
Short on some stock but very busy. Back to school madness, I guess. Lady at self checkout needed to assist us with a large item that wouldn’t ring up and she was very helpful.
shopping at night, at the self checkout, the good sir shakes his head at me for wanting to cancel a few items. if youre going to work in costumer service, wouldnt hurt to learn how to be more polite
